Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:​

I have received 9 warns (and 2 afk kicks) They are in order : NRP(old word for FailRP), RDM, NRP, NLR, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP​

The first 6 of these were between the 2nd of January, and the 2nd February, after that I was clean for about 8 months until October, Which is when I kind of got back into the server after a hiatus or two, I don't deny any of these warns and ultimately believe that the most recent 3 were necessary for me to get interested in the server again because If I had came back fully serious like when I had left I most likely would have gotten too bored and not stayed very long, anyway thank you for listening to my TEDtalk.​

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?​

I want to help improve the RP on the server by being more engaged in what goes on and the best way I could do this in my opinion is to be one of the people responsible for the RP in the site, I also want to make the lives of certain department members a bit easier by being more available and open to helping them when they ask for it, making certain procedures more fluid and such, improve upon the structure of getting approval for departmental changes for example. Overall I would also like to see the old days of when site advisors were constantly on comms actually directing people around such instead of more or less staying their office and only speaking when requested by someone else. I feel as though the jobs of Site Advisor & Director were in a way superseded by Overseer Assistant & Ethics Assistants, as in they don't quite seem to have a use anymore.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:​

I have in my opinion a very large experience of CL4 roles, and even experience in a senior CL4 position as I was once director of Intelligence, so when it comes to procedure, documentation, chain of command and such I'm very well acquainted. I have also spent the last year being in every single department on the server excluding Gensec, I have been a CL4 position in all of said departments and believe that I have a good amount of insight when it comes to how each department thinks and what each department is capable of doing and what it wants to be doing. I have heard the gripes of each department too, knowing what they are and aren't fond of. If I was told to help a certain department I would be able to judge the situation based on my past experience in said department and could thus tell how best to solve the situation. An example of this would be the Research Department, which I have been an executive in since January last year I believe, I get along quite well with the current Research Command and would be more than happy to help them with their struggles.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:​

Site Administration are the ones that direct the Site and not the foundation in whole, those would be the Ethics committee & O5, they are situated right under said CL5 positions in the chain of command only having to answer to one type of CL4 and only in one specific scenario that being that they are an assistant to a CL5 position and are acting directly under their orders. They are expected to ensure the flow of the site, ensuring that nothing gets blocked up in the chain of command and if something does then they are the ones expected to resolve it, they also need to be observing the site at all times, if they believe that a department is performing sub-optimally they are capable of giving out appropriate orders to improve the situation. In the case that something happens that is not expected to happen and thus no one knows how to react, it is Site Administration that take control of the situation and tell personnel what to do. They also are capable of interacting with GOIs in proximity to their specific site on open communications and may if deemed necessary take over any negotiations or communications in general. They are expected to listen well to what all department commands have to say and if a request is made by said command to make a change within their department, they are to take it seriously and consider whether to accept it or not. If the request is above their Clearance level then they are expected to take it up to their superiors, being the CL5.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:​

Magnus Sicilius Huffles, born in Greater Manchester in England to the Huffles family, was a simple office worker in the foundation, a member of site affairs, at one point he was given the chance to become an Internal Affairs ambassador, but after having been quite unethical and having reportedly "not read the code of ethics even once", was promptly removed from that position and returned to his office work, around this time, one of his brothers, Alberto, the then Director of Intelligence, went missing. The then Site Director announced that he had resigned, Magnus thought this bizarre as his brother had not spoken of resigning to him nor did he show any interest in it, this drove Magnus to start spying on Site Administration, and one day managed to overhear in a conversation between an overseer assistant and the site director that Alberto had been killed for treason.
Magnus was enraged by this and vowed to take revenge, and started doing this by becoming assistant to an assistant of a site advisor, and climbing up the bureaucratic chain until assistant to the site advisor, then when the Site Director had left, the site advisor he was assisting moved up, and he promptly became site Director.
[Probably the least I've written for a character, Anyway, this character would most likely be obedient enough while he's still advisor as he is not high enough in the chain to enact revenge yet]
