Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: No.
Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I have recently been playing IA Agent a lot and have been really getting into it. I enjoy playing on IA and the roleplay that comes with it, so I wanted to advance and get more into it. It would open up more roleplay opportunities for me to engage in and give me more to actively be doing with the responsibilities that come with being an ambassador.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I have been very active on IA for a little while now and believe I understand the department and its duties pretty well (though there is always room for improvement). I also believe I understand generally what the responsibilities are for Ambassadors, enough that with the standard induction/training I can be a competent and active Ambassador.
In my other active roles, namely E-11 and Tech Expert, I also have a good amount of general roleplay and communication experience on the server, and understand what the roleplay and the people on the server are like. That also gives me a decent insight into how a lot of the other departments work, as they interact with many of them regularly, which is useful insight to have as a member of IA.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written two IA arrest reports, which can be found on SCiPNet, two E-11 SCP procedures documents, multiple E-11 training presentations, and an (ongoing) engineer's introduction to Site-65 electrical subsystems.
What makes a document good generally is its ability to convey all of the information to the reader easily. More specifically, this boils down to correct grammar and spelling, clear and concise wording, and good (ideally standardised formatting). So for an arrest report, this would mean following the standard IA arrest report template, using correct spelling and grammar, not including irrelevant information or conjecture, and wording and formatting the document in a way that is logical, concise, and clear. For extended documents, or ones that you aren't familiar with writing, it is a good idea to get a second opinion, as it at the very least gives you insight into how well somebody that hasn't seen the document before can understand it, giving you signs on what may need to be improved or clarified.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
Ambassadors have all of the responsibilities of an Agent, plus various other responsibilities. An obvious one is the responsibility for arresting junior CL4s and ISD (<=CSG) for FLC violations, which is a serious responsibility (and level of trust) and must be dealt with carefully. They are also responsible for coordinating, supporting, and (sometimes) arresting or otherwise dealing with Agents/Operatives that break the FLC or department guidelines. This is a varied responsibility, as it covers a lot of different responsibilities around Agents/Operatives. Ambassadors are responsible for things like assigning POIs to them, providing guidance and training, and generally supporting them to improve and do well in their roles. However, they are also responsible for identifying unprofessional or rule-breaking Agents/Operatives and dealing with them appropriately for the specific situation. Recently, there is also an initiative for them to mentor Agents/Operatives that they are responsible for.
On top of these, Ambassadors are also responsible for undertaking investigations. These may be assigned investigations by the Director(s), SA/SC, or by consensus of the overall IA department higher-ups, or Ambassadors can choose to begin/undertake more minor investigations by themselves. These investigations can be into anything from individual personnel to entire departments/regiments, and are more long term tasks involving extended investigation, evidence gathering, interrogation, and dealing with the results of the investigation (e.g. attending tribunals, arresting [possibly high-level] personnel).
Along with these, and any other specific responsibilities, Ambassadors are generally responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, conduct and communication, even beyond what is already expected of any CL4 or general Foundation personnel. They are expected to hold up the Foundation Legal Codex even with higher ranking personnel, and so have a lot of responsibility and trust that should not be betrayed.

Settling into a less active role within the Foundation hadn't been easy at first, but soon ██████ found themselves deeply engrossed in their work within Internal Affairs. As an ex-member of Epsilon-11, they hadn't been involved much in internal Foundation security and law enforcement, outside of the occasional apprehension of somebody being somewhere they shouldn't be, but a friend of a colleague of a friend had recommended they look into it and it did seem like an interesting role to fit into. Certainly better than being amnesticated and going into non-anomalous, boring retirement, with no true memories from the past several years. From their role in E-11, they'd been exposed to way too much information for the Foundation to just... let them go, not without making sure they wouldn't be telling anything to anyone. But still being actively engaged in Foundation activities, not losing years of their life, and still working towards the mission? Yeah, they could deal with that. They weren't a big fan of letting go of things - even the name, "Zen", that everyone knew them by now, had been there since day one.

IA Leadership Meeting, attended by Ambassadors, Director, ECM
DoIA: Certainly a lot of new information, even with your past experience.
"Zen": You can say that. It certainly brings some of the puzzle pieces together that you're not exactly encouraged to be asking questions about. The Ethics Committee, Class F, ███...
DoIA: Ah yes, ███. That's another topic of conversation for this meeting. The other Ambassadors already know this, but we've noticed some... inconsistencies.
"Zen": ...certainly an interesting start to my new job.
DoIA: And for good reason. What can you tell me about this bodycam footage?
*Click*
Video plays, showing ██ █████-█ █████████, pulling a █-█████ into ███-███-█. In the recording, "Zen"'s voice can be heard, calling this out over (presumably) IA comms. Included in the recording is the communications audio, in which Ambassador ██████ ████ and Agent ████ █████████ can clearly be heard.
"Zen": I... was that my own bodycam? I certainly don't remember that happening.
ECM: And that is the issue. This bodycam was found on storage devices used by Ambassador ██████ ████ and Director ███ █████. Records show that this is your bodycam footage, sent to the Ambassador.
"Zen": And... what, I was amnesticated of it? That seems pretty standard, given the sorts of things we see sometimes on site.
ECM: And that it would be, if either of the Ambassador or the Director had any memory of this happening, or any bodycam footage of their own to show their own actions upon receiving this footage. Both do not have any memory of receiving this, and no bodycam footage is logged for all three of you during this period. There is no known follow up on this, and no evidence other than this that anything ever occurred. And it's not the only thing we've seen.

DoIA: I think from your time in Epsilon-11, and now that you know about Class F amnestics, you should know we have had... issues around this.
"Zen": That would certainly explain some events.
DoIA: Yes. And we have reason to believe that your COs weren't, or aren't, the only ones.
