Why are you applying for internal security inspector:
I’ve been told by members of ISD to apply. I’ve noticed that some of our ISD members are getting burned out because they constantly need to assist agents and investigators. I don’t mind helping at all — I actually want to help lighten the load for our ISD command.
I love being ISD, and honestly, I’d like to move a bit higher in rank to increase the range of arrests I can perform. This would also give me more freedom to create RP scenarios, which I would always bring to my superiors first.
What makes you suitable for Inspector:
In my opinion, I’m pretty professional and experienced as an ISD agent. Even before I came back to the server, I was playing an ISD agent whenever I wasn’t playing my beloved DoR character.
I’ve been playing for a while now, and I’ve been going outside the norm with my ISD duties — making contracts, improving my RP potential, and instead of being an ISD agent who only wants wins, I also let people win sometimes. Rather than simply putting people in for the maximum time just because I can, I give them lighter charges so they can enjoy the RP aspect of the server. I listen closely to my superiors, and whenever they request something, I follow it to a T and quickly.
What do you think describes an ideal internal security inspector?:
I believe a good Inspector is someone who is professional and understands that CL4 is a different story than CL3 due to the roleplay expectations and professionalism, which are now increased. Professionalism in the ISD, especially as an Inspector, isn’t just about being serious in any task — it’s about going beyond the standard by understanding the rules deeply, assisting others effectively, and being someone who is fair and not biased toward people they view as friends, while most importantly being a strong leader.
How many major, Roleplay-serving documents have you written? what makes a document of this nature good in the terms of qaulity?:
I’ve created three ISD documents: two against high-ranking Foundation members to provide something fun for my superiors and enhance RP, and one contract between ISD and a high-ranking medical member, again to increase RP. If we would include RSD, It would've been over 20.
The content should be engaging, keeping readers interested throughout the entire read. Maintaining a high standard in documents ensures that their content is clear and easily understood. Documents should have minimal grammatical errors. I would also recommend using liners, though this is optional, as some people prefer it.
What are the Responsibilities of the internal security inspector in RP?:
Inspectors serve as CL4 Foundation personnel, which means they should stay professional and are members of the ISD Leadership. While they share core duties with agents and investigators—such as administering FLC discipline, investigating personnel, and assisting at checkpoints—they also have additional responsibilities. They guide and support agents and investigators, ensuring the ISD performs at its best doing teaching's and discipline. Inspectors also assist/handle the recruitment, training, and assisting in the development of new members. whether they are part of the special units or not. They carry out specialized tasks such as managing infiltrations or conducting investigations. Very importantly, they uphold all CL4 duties, including manning teslas and lights, managing blast doors, and leading across departments.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe that, due to my previous leadership experience on the server, I would be a great fit for ISD leadership. I’ve demonstrated professionalism in ISD by assisted many ISD agents with their arrests, and whenever any department had complaints, I took the time to make detailed reports on their concerns and submitted them to leadership. thinking outside the box and creating RP-focused reports for leadership.
When I was the only DoR, I showed that, under pressure and with minimal support from exec due to low numbers when I started, I could still complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After a while, Niko Murk grew increasingly frustrated with the Foundation’s handling of gross misconduct involving human life. He had grown fond of D-Class 6921, and while trying to receive this D-Class, he kept getting reports about how he was being treated as Director. Niko was making a report regarding the D-Class treatment, but he didn’t feel that things were moving fast enough. His disdain for the old ISD leadership grew as he believed they weren’t taking the level of human misconduct seriously.
As Niko’s passion for research faded and his sense of justice increased, he considered laying down the lab coat and putting on an ISD vest—but it was only a thought… until a termination test with SCP-096 occurred. One of the guards had a faulty scramble and triggered 096 by glimpsing it. As the doors were closing, SCP-096 began screaming. The guard tried to run, and both Niko and Guard Arrow Josef attempted to stop him from endangering the Foundation. We both tried to drag the guard back before anyone else saw it, but it was too late. SCP-096 bolted through the 8 foot thick armored steel door as if it were nothing but a suggestion.
In the chaos, SCP-096 ran into Niko Murk, who was blocking its path to the gaurd, sending him flying into a concrete wall. he suffered seven broken ribs, a damaged eye socket, and multiple other serious injuries, putting him out of work for six months. Niko took a year off—six months for recovery and six months for mental rest and relaxation, as suggested by consultant Alex Shrimple.
When he returned, Niko realized research wasn’t for him anymore. He had been putting people’s lives in danger by trying to kill an unkillable scp. Instead, he joined ISD to bring order to the chaos of the Foundation, knowing that much of the damage was caused by negligence and people not following guidelines. He will attempt to undermine anyone opposing the FLC by pretending to be friendly with them, especially if they are CL4, while secretly gathering information. He only arrests these powerful individuals when he has enough proof and manpower to do so.
