Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I want to further involve myself within ISD. I love being an Investigator and preforming arrests, investigations, operations and helping CL4 with high issues when needed. I seek to be able to be a CL4 to preform my own higher investigations and be even more involved with ISD without needing to be babied in a sense. I love ISD and the members, i help all the agents, operatives, investigators, inspectors and even commissioners on a regular basis and i think its time i moved up to help our team even more. Before my somewhat recent promo to investigator i spent 2 years off and on being an agent/operative.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Every arrest i do i gather as much evidence and statements as i can so i may conduct a fair unbiased decision on the case, i take alot of care and thought into even the most simple arrests of the daily mis conducts or theft which unlike some who just shove them in jail for max time. most of the time i work solo and offer to bring people into my interrogations and check with commissioners while i conduct more major arrests. I work well with the rest of my team and seem to have a good standing with id say 90% of RSD,GENSEC,ISD,MEDICAL. If i had this job id teach more of the agents/operatives to arrest properly and how to carryout proper investigations as they seem to be more of a jail for max and move on type (just from what ive seen). I want to conduct more investigations with clearance to do so solo or with the other inspectors as being an investigator has its limits. I love the rp of ISD and the banter with how the site staff sees ISD, along with the haters which i wish to help with our rep by conducting professional cases and research into each case to give a fair punishment.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Having a solid knowledge of the FLC and their jail time along with other rules/policies that other departments have. They should always conduct themselves professionally and ensure a fair un bias opinion based on their evidence gathered. Personally i think keeping good rep with other departments is a good tool to have from my experience but of course keep it to an un bias way when it comes to arrests and cases.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
In all honesty i haven't been on point with documentation as the case is usually solved if im on it. I have previously written a few with a case todo with the site director and their own words about the FLC and him being above it. I think a document should be informative and professional, using correct terms and factual notes to fully grasp the situation along with names and places as they help ALOT. The document should of course help progress the role play and continue said story line.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors have a lot to get to on site. Conducting their investigations, helping others on theirs. Their clearance 4 is a big deal for audits and assessing info that could be crucial for a case. They should be on hand to help/assist any questions the lower ranks have and be supportive of their case/rp. They also can train the new recruits in ISD and shape the future of ISD with doing so. And of course even basic arrests just like the rest of us are still needed.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Im very good at communication/role play cases and even relations all around. Im sure my un bias opinions and views on arrests and assistance is why i have a good standing with alot of departments. Like i mentioned i help out all ISD personal whenever asked and enjoy doing it as it further improves ISD. most Recently ive been helping the newer agents with their arrests and making sure they have enough evidence along with making the jail time fair as they are new and im here to help.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Sterling Snape, raised by his Detective father wanted to become just like his dad. He constantly tries to prove he can live up to his father and his reputation, which left him with a deep sense of upholding law in the best and most professional way possible. He followed in his footsteps but along the path he was interrogated by strange men in combat armor with a strange logo he hand not seen before. They said they worked with his father in the past and had been keeping an eye on me since, i tried to ask questions but to no avail i left with a document about the SCP foundation and later was called in. The rest is history.
