Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I've been playing ISD for awhile and its the first department that i've really enjoyed in quite some time, I want to help guide new agents as i once was,
and present new ideas on how to work with other departments to increase our standing with them.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
As i have previous CL4 experience i belive i would be a great for for Inspector as i have a good understanding of the foundations
high level policies and able to conduct myslef in a professional manner.
While i may not have extensive direct experiance with ISD CL4 issues, i am a quick learner with a strong interest in the ISD.
I am confident in my ability to adapt effectively.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- Patience
- Good understanding of the legal codex
- Approachable
- Able to take critisism on a personal level or the whole of ISD
- Uplifting agents to their full potential
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
As i have been a member of this server for 3 years i cannot give an exact number but
i've written quite a few documents such as autopsy reports, Arrest warrents for CL4 personal and authorisation of medical procedures.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Inspector is helping train agents and operatives as well as helping Commissioners and the Directors when its needed.
Instructors also deal with the more mundane documants relating to lower ranking agents/operatives making sure the issues presented are unbiased
and helping improve the agent/operatives. Even though Inspectors are CL4, they are more active and hands on than Commissioners and Directors.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
My time as IA Ambassador has helped me know how important it is to stay professional and calm especially when handling stressful situations,
And during my time as DoM, it gave me strong leadership experience as i had to order Combat Medics , and using both of my CL4 knowledge i know how to conduct myself.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My Foundation character is a well seasoned individual with having served as Director of Medicine and as an IA Ambassador he has an understanding of Jr and Senior protocol. He holds a personal grudge against Site Admin for being the cause of his third degree burns to his face, this history has fueled him to snuff out any and all corruption within the foundation and to protect ISD's integrity.
Key Storyline Elements:
- Former Director of Medicine and IA Ambassador offering cross-departmental insight and leadership.
- Holds a grudge against Site Admin due to a past incident causing permanent facial injuries requiring facial bandaging.
- Actively involved in training and mentoring lower-ranking ISD personnel to build a stronger department.
- Focused on exposing internal corruption regardless of clearance level or status.
- Story arcs include clashes with Site Admin, exposing rogue operatives, and strengthening ISD standards from within.
