Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?:
I have no active warnings.

Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I am applying for the position of Director within the Internal Security Department as I believe I could be a great asset to the managerial team. I have a lot of experience as a Commissioner and have been given encouragement by my colleagues to apply for the position. I have extensive work as a Deputy Director from another site which hold the same responsibilities as the Director of Internal Security at Site-65, and I have gained a better understanding of site policies and departmental policies throughout my time here. With all of these points combined, I believe I am a ready to apply for the position and embrace the new set of responsibilities with pride and professionalism.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position of Director as I have extensive experience as a Commissioner within the department and have previous experience as a Deputy Director from another site. This therefore helps me in my duties of a Director, as the work I have previously completed is very similar to the work of a Director. For example, I dealt with Applications and Interviews in my position of Deputy Director which gives me confidence in how to conduct myself during these Interviews, and how to take everyone's thoughts into account before making a final decision. I am also the longest standing Commissioner within Site-65 and have gained a better understanding of how Internal Security is run, and the respective policies that affect site personnel. My time as a Commissioner also encourages me in applying for this position as I have completed a lot for the Department. My management branch, Documentation Management, has been the most active and productive within the department. Together, we have created multiple essential documents, including the Investigator, Commissioner, and Inspector handbooks, as well as the Cabinet guide and more. Additionally, we organized the Archive Room prior to its removal and ensured the transfer of numerous documents from external devices to hard copies

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Internal Security Director are vast and usually revolve around administrative tasks for the Department. Some examples of these responsibilities are outlined below.
- Maintaining the behaviour of Inspectors, and Commissioners; As a Director, you must maintain the behaviour of your Inspectors and Commissioners by infracting or warning them on a reasonable charge. You are also required to take reports against your Inspectors and Commissioners and deal with them fairly.
- Oversee the management branches within Internal Security; Since Director is above the role of Commissioner, the Directors are responsible for overseeing the Management branches within Internal Security for activity and quality/quantity of work.
- Oversee the entire Department; Directors are also responsible for overseeing the department and its communications, plus quality of work.
- Host Departmental Meetings; As a Director, you should also arrange meetings for Clearance Level four members of Internal Security to discuss ongoing matters within the department; For example, we would discuss currently open applications, ongoing issues with personnel, promotions and potential Investigators, etcetera.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison; Directors are also tasked with the Liaison of other Departments with Internal Security to maintain an equal standing within the foundation. This, in-turn, will prevent bias within arrests.
- Applications and Interviews; Since Director is the highest rank within the Internal Security Department, you are tasked with accepting or denying Inspector Applications, and giving them their interview if their application is accepted.
- Promoting Inspectors to Commissioners; Directors also have the privilege to promote Junior CL4 Inspectors into the position of Senior CL4 Commissioners.
- Senior Clearance Level 4 Knowledge; Becoming a Director makes you a Senior Clearance Level four member of staff which, in-turn, give you additional knowledge that Junior Clearance Level four personnel do not know. This means you are also responsible for dealing with info breaches of this information.

Please give some lore about your Director of Internal Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
John Lloyd's career at the SCP Foundation has been a journey of steady progress and dedication, talent and leadership. Starting as a Lance Corporal with the Mobile Task Force team, Nu-7, he soon produced amazing tactical awareness, operational discipline, and distinct leadership in the heat of a competition. MTF service has been mostly breach containment and extraction at high risk to life and limb. The result was an internal, abiding reaffirmation of respect for foundation protocol and unwavering dedication to mission.
He was later moved to the Internal Security Department to work in a field-aligned role as Inspector, allowing him to relate field experience to internal investigations regarding adherence to critical protocols and ethical standards by Foundation personnel. As an Inspector, he distinguished himself in, classified information management, and supervision of junior staff.
Eventually, it would see him promoted to Commissioner, a function he performed along lines of exemplary leadership and organization. He was in the forefront of departmental efforts to expedite investigations and improve the standard of documentation. His term as Commissioner at Site-65 only served to entrench him further in the mind of the organization as reliable, decisive, and ethical within Internal Security.

Yours sincerely,
