Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
-I'm looking to experience and provide new RP on the server aswell as contribute to it somehow by being in the GOC.
-I'm Interested in how the GOC is gonna operate on the server and i want to witness it first hand.
-I generally like the GOC as a GOI and i believe that they have alot of RP Possibilities that can be explored.
-I'm also very interested in how the GOC-Foundation relationship is gonna pan out.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
It was founded right after the 7th Occult War, due to the fact that the Foundation whilst being an International Organisation was mostly private and that Individual Countries could not be trusted with overseeing operations on an International Scale they also did that to get rid of said countries own Agenda's towards Parathreats, their use etc.
Other reasons are:
-To Protect Humanity from Parathreats and to deal with Hostile Groups within the Anomalous Community that threaten the Fivefold Mission.
-To unite Groups from Anomalous Communities that share similar goals to the GOC. (Creation of the 108 Council).
-To keep conflicts between anomalous groups from escalating.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS:
is the action arm of the GOC, similar to the Mobile Task Forces of the Foundation. They observe, investigate, capture and/or neutralize anomalies. The two main arms of this Division are the Assessment Teams (Investigation & Observation) and Strike Teams (Combat & Assault).
Examples of PHYSICS Function:
Strike Team 2434 ("String Snappers") observes a house and is Standing-By to move in once the Criteria for the Manifestation of LTE-7433-Goodrick-Kringle ("Serial Teleporting Ursine") is met, upon that happening they move in and Liquidate the Parathreat.

Assessment Team 735 Lightning Mace (aka "Sparkplug) are sent on an Observation Assignement where they encounter Foundation Field Agents attempting to contain a Unicorn.
Knowing this would ensue a War between dimensions, Assessment Team 735 sabotages Foundation's Attempts at Containment thus preventing a full on war.

PSYCHE:
Is the diplomatically arm of the GOC, who serve as liaisons with the paranormal community, and try to keep peace with other paranormal
powers.
They Have Embassies in a good number of Nexuses and have many Ambassadors/Diplomats at their disposal.
Example of PSYCHE Function:
Due to the fact that the UNGOC is a bit restricted in the U.S. they had to deal with Diplomatic Formalities with the UIU and PENTAGRAM during a large scale outbreak of the Werewolf Curse orchestrated by a Fae Faction going by the name of Triumvirate. (The Curse being a modified thaumaturgic virus of Rabies.)

PTOLEMY:
Are the support arm of the GOC. They vary from scientists and researchers from Research and Development who develop new technologies to Quartermasters, who oversee logistics from weapons to food.
Example:
They're Almost in any Tale/Article behind every of the previously mentioned divisions lies PTOLEMY with it's supportive Arms be it mentioned directly or indirectly, Every Tech and Gun that was used to shoot at Parathreat was issued by a Quartermaster and every Virus or anything under GOC's bars is or was Researched by R&D at some point to further GOC's Knowledge.
They're based and serve a very important function within the Organisation.

What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
GOC's Goals/Interests are to uphold and execute the Fivefold Mission
Survival:
The GOC has to protect the human race against all paranormal threats, and this mission take priority over all other four.
Concealment
: The GOC has to keep the knowledge of paranormal threats secret, as exposure of said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.
Protect:
The GOC always tries to protect individual humans, both operatives and civilians, whenever possible, as long as it does not go against the first two previous statements.
Destruction:
The GOC should not take any risk with the survival of paranormal threats, as the very existence of the anomalous could be a risk to the human race's survival.
Education:
The GOC should always expand their knowledge of paranormal threats, and study said threats, as long as it does not go against the four previous statements.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Event known as the 7th Occult War starts off like this:
During World War II, an Organisation under the 4th Reich known as Obskuracorps was trying to perform something known as "The Rite of Solomon" a Ritual that would bring upon a God-like entity known as the "Demiurge" a Powerful Entity with the ability to Change/Influence/Warp Reality, Obskuracorps wanted to utilise the Demiurge as a means to wipe magic from any and all "non-aryan" individuals.
Upon learning this, Allied Forces formed what was known as an Allied Occult Initiative. (a Predecesor to the UNGOC)
Together with the Foundation, the AOI stopped Obscuracorps from summoning the Demiurge, wiping out or detaining individuals that were in anyway associated with Obskuracorps.
Thus ending the 7th Occult War.
("The Rite of Solomon" story is continued later on in a collection of Tales focused around Mobile Task Force Delta-3 a task force supporting a GOC Strike Team 8688 in the late 80's)

What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The Global Occult Coalition is a group with simple goals, however the Organisation itself is much more Complex going from Paranormal Politics to Decisions made by Operatives and the GOC Command. Which in my eyes makes it a bit unique.
Unlike other Groups of Interest, this Group in particual doesnt have any selfish motives.
Unlike other Groups/Organisations they don't contain/steal Anomalies/Parathreats unless they have a very good reason, They mostly Terminate/Liquidate Anomalies or Observe them depending on how much of a threat they are to their Fivefold Mission.
Their whole mojo is Protection of Humanity and essentially serving as that Big Brother figure to the rest of the Anomalous Community.
In my view they are Straightforward yet Complex than most GOI's.
