What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I know the Global Occult Coalition is a roleplay focused Group of Interest on SCPRP, I hope to bring my years of Roleplay experience to it in the UK. I have been in the SCP Community for over five years, and have extensive knowledge of many SCPS, Groups of Interest, and their Lores. One of the best purposes of GOC in my point of view has always been to create interesting situations between Pinewood, the foundation, and CI, as someone who frequently likes to create RP Situations as my foundation IA Character, I would be a GOC member heavily motivated to help create situations such as these.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: I want to join one of the more serious organizations on SCP-RP so that I can further RP goals and get into more interesting situations than would usually happen day to day as the average foundation functionary or CI Infiltrator. The GOC’s mission is incredibly unique to me, and I want to experience it in a small part myself as one of its lower-level operatives.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The Global Occult Coalition was founded to defend the nations of the world from Anomalous threats. The GOC gains information on Anomalies through their battles and encounters with them but seeks to terminate them rather than contain them. They also exist to keep tabs on the various Anomalous groups of Interest and give the United Nations leverage against them militarily and in terms of Intelligence gathering.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS: Field operatives who deal with day-to-day activities, the Destruction of Anomalies, and the defense and carrying out of GOC Territory and goals. They seek out Anomalous subjects for the purpose of destroying them instead of containing or selling them.
PSYCHE: The Diplomatic Corps of the GOC, they are responsible for both public relations, and Group of Interest Relations. When there is an issue between the GOC and a Group of Interest, members of PSYCHE are sent to the negotiations to ensure the GOC’s interests are upheld.
PTOLEMY: PTOLEMY is to the GOC what researchers and engineers are to the foundation. They are its supporting staff who upkeep its technology and weaponry, along with assisting in the study of Anomalous objects and activity.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:

Survival
The Primary function of the GOC, to preserve Mankind as a whole and ensure its survival. GOC Operatives observe this directive at all times and will put the survival of mankind above their own lives.
Concealment
Just like the foundation, the Global Occult Coalition is dedicated to the concealment of the Anomalous from the general populace. This is in the interest of preserving humanity's current course and stopping Non-Anomalous Groups of Interest from interfering in GOC Operations.
Protect
GOC Operatives are expected to do their best to protect human life, whether it be individual or as a whole so long as it does not interfere with one of the other four goals in some way or cause unnecessary risk.
Destruction
Unlike the foundation, the GOC does not contain anomalies, GOC Operatives are directed to destroy them when they come into GOC custody.
Education
While it is the GOC’s policy to destroy anomalies, this does not mean they do not first research them to expand their anomalous knowledge and give them information that could help in their mission.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: An Anomalous Group of Interest within Nazi Germany known as the Obskura Korps during WW2 made an attempt to complete an Anomalous ritual known as the Ritual of Solomon to give themselves godlike power. The Global Occult Coalition allied itself with other GOI’s and stopped the ritual before it could be completed, decimating the Obskura Korps. This war caused the Governments of the World to seek more transparent oversight of the Anomalous community, leading to the formation of the Global Occult Coalition under the United Nations control and comprising of around 108 organizations.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: What makes the GOC Different from other Groups of Interest is their unique approach to the anomalous and to other Groups of Interest. The Global Occult Coalition seeks to research and then destroy anomalies, unlike the Chaos insurgency which wishes to weaponize them, and the foundation which seeks to contain them, or other GOI’s like MC&D which seek to sell them for private gain. The GOC is far more diplomatic than the Foundation or CI, being formed from the United Nations and being the official anomalous organization on the world stage.

Biographical Information: Williamson was a former member of Marshal Carter & Dark, being employed by the organization as a procurement specialist of the anomalous. He worked for their organization for over a decade, bringing many little-known Anomalous objects and subjects under their control to be sold to the highest bidder. After a falling out with his boss, a man whose name is currently unknown, Williamson became disillusioned with the selfish goals of Marshal Carter & Dark, absconding from one of the Organization's secret safe houses with several anomalous objects. After multiple years on the run, Williamson used one of these objects as a means to change his physical appearance, and with the help of various criminal organizations, edited the official identities he had made for himself previously in many separate countries. While working on a job in Geneva, Williamson was caught in the middle of a battle between Global Occult Coalition agents, and an anomalous, eight-legged whale with tentacles and impenetrable skin. Seeing opportunity presenting itself, Williamson made use of one of the many anomalous objects in his possession, a small, poisonous ball of energy, he commandeered the local ice cream vendor's truck, driving it straight into the monstrous SCP. When it collected him with one of its tentacles, he threw the Anomalous poison ball into its mouth. The whale shook and stumbled around the streets, destroying several buildings and causing an enormous amount of collateral damage. But eventually, it seized up and fell on its side, its skin decaying rapidly until after a few moments it was nothing but bones. After this incident, Williamson was detained by agents of the Global Occult Coalition and interrogated on his possession of the anomalous objects. At some point in the interrogation, he was offered membership in the Global Occult Coalition, which he accepted both as a means to benefit himself, but also to protect himself from the watchful eyes of MC&D and align with his new goals.
