What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I am Active on the server, being able to devote multiple hours of the day to carrying out duties. I have studied the CoC and CoE and know I would be able to enforce it if called upon. I hold previous knowledge of A1 protocols and I am experienced in writing documents.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: Overseer assistants are primarily responsible for carrying out the orders of the O5 council, as well as sometimes acting as a form of eyes and ears among the site when the council is not present, assistants may also watch over A1 Operatives and report on their dealings to the council. This goes for other Site personnel as well, specifically Command members such as Directors and Site Administrators. But above all, Overseer Assistants are loyal to the O5 council, and follow their orders efficiently, without hesitation, and without question.

Jack “One Eye” Milligan once worked as a renowned member of the Faculty at Yale University. He instructed both the evening class of
Political Science, and a Class on Law. He served as the head of its Legal and Admissions Department for the better half of a decade from
1987 to 1992. Little did he know that the SCP Foundation, a clandestine organization dedicated to the safeguarding, containment, and
continued secrecy of the Anomalous world, was grading him just as he was grading his students. He had no wife, no children, and what family
he did have was completely estranged. Unbeknownst to him, one of the students in his class, an SCP Foundation Intelligence agent going by
the Identity of “Allison Buentes”, codename: SPIDER, filed daily reports to her superiors regarding his character, suitability for foundation
employment, and ultimately, how easy it would be to make him disappear. Sometime near the end of his tenure, a month before his
scheduled retirement, Professor Milligan was on his way home from campus at approximately 10:23 PM on the date of August, 23, 1992.
After stopping at a stoplight, and beginning to accelerate, he was blinded by the sight of a bright light, and the ear splitting noise of a truck's
horn blowing. It hit him, and before he knew it he was out cold. A foundation body double fashioned from a Class D Subject, designated D-
5012 underwent molecular and chemical structure alterations at the order of O5-REDACTED. Local witnesses placed several calls to the
New Haven police department for emergency services, these calls being intercepted by foundation Agents placed in the Department. A
team of MTF A1-”Red Right Hand” Operatives dressed as Paramedics, along with an escort of Foundation Intelligence personnel
masquerading as New Haven police officers arrived at the scene, created a cordon, and removed Milligan’s unconscious body, making use of
Anomalous measures to sustain him. The Chemically altered Class-D subject, having been terminated minutes prior through anomalous
means and issued a set of identical clothing, was quickly placed inside Milligan’s Honda Civic, with the appearance of having suffered Spinal
and chest injuries, as well as a fatal severing of the neck. After what could have been days, hours, weeks, or even months, Jack Milligan
awoke in foundation custody, sitting before what looked to be an aged man in a tuxedo, flanked by two heavily armed A1-”Red Right Hand”
Operatives and a member of the Ethics Committee, Executive Chairman “REDACTED” Here, the Professor was informed that he was now
legally dead, and he had been selected to serve as assistant to O5-REDACTED. Refusal was permitted, via ethics Committee standards, but
if this was the case, Professor Milligan would be Amnesticized, and issued a new identity with false memories. Professor Milligan eagerly
accepted, thinking it was some kind of dream, but hoping for some sort of change to his successful but mundane and, sadly, lonely life.
Foundation Agents "REDACTED " and "REDACTED" were dispatched to Professor Milligan’s residence at “REDACTED" to retrieve the one
belonging he cared for, his cat, “Doctor Alps". The Cat was provided a living space three halls down from Professor Milligan's new quarters.
