Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I believe I have received enough experience as GSD Captain having spent nearly 2 months in the role. I think it's about time that I reach the top of the career ladder of GSD as I am capable of being a chief of security and I am most fit for the role. I want to improve the General Security Department in the best way I can and the only way to do so is by getting to Chief. I also wish to be able to interact in more meaningful manners with the site, its departments and members of our department through being Chief.
With the current state of the department I would like to be able to adjust and improve things to allow for it to be a department where people can enjoy playing as members within the department and find more meaningful interactions while being members of general security. I wish to work on assisting in creating regiments and specialised roles within the department that would be more engaging and help in keeping the site even more secure. I want to be able to encourage lower ranking members to encourage them to engage in more RP on site and I think that there is a better possibility for me to be able to do so as Chief.
I want GSD to be able to partake in more RP, having members of the department go on escorts outside of just testing, being able to assist other regiments and departments in operations that would open up a lot more scenarios for people to engage in. What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I made a name for myself in GENSEC, I am confident of the fact that I am able to not only represent GSD as one of its heads but also lead it. I know that I can be a face for GSD as when not attending to normal duties, I have interacted with other departments and regiments including but not limited to A-1, O-1, Medical and RSD. I made sure to keep interacting with other departments whilst maintaining my duties within GSD.
My track record as a member of GENSEC has been clean so far and I aim to keep it that way. I have proven that I can be trusted with the responsibilities of being part of the leadership team in a department. I have gone out of my way to also assist multiple people within the department, teaching cadets how to perform their duties, try and teach them what not to do and have been always around to assist any other member of GENSEC with their requests and questions.
I have also gone and tried to engage in massive RP events while trying to involve others into it. I have ideas that, I believe, would benefit the department and ambitions to make it grow further so that it isn’t just known as a starter department but also a department where other members in GSD can have fun in and make a name for themselves within it.

- Reviewing policies and procedures, making changes where seems fit and improving existing ones when necessary

- Reviewing Captain applications and conducting the interviews for the applications that are approved.
- Enforcing activity and engagement while rewarding good behaviour.
- Hold weekly meetings with GSD Captains to discuss current happenings of GSD and plans moving forward
- Meeting with other departments to make plans between departments and ensure that departmental relations are good.
- Meeting with Site Administration to discuss improvements and changes to the Department.
- Creating RP within the site and especially within GENSEC.

PRE-FOUNDATION:
Jaffar ‘Archivist’ ██████ grew up in the city of Abu Dhabi, one of the 3 children of a Mr. █████ and Ms. █████ current CEOs of the ███████ ██ ██████ . Jaffar had a somewhat better upbringing than most, a good education, a loving home and a decent family, he did not seem to have problems with his siblings Yaqoob and Raya. He did, however, seem to differ in the path that he wished to take in life, where his siblings preferred the cushy life of the office, going up the corporate ladder with ease through connections; he decided to serve in the military.
A 27 year old Jaffar served in the military for 5 years before applying to the UAE-PG, though he was denied the first time due to failing the entrance exam, he managed to do good enough to be enlisted within the special forces. It is after his enlistment that he has earned the codename: ‘Archivist’ due to his note-keeping and ability to gather intelligence.
After a year of service in the special forces, Jaffar’s family introduced him to someone, a woman by the name of Sarah █████ . She was part of a family that owned an intelligence gathering agency. After a few months of getting to know each other, Jaffar and Sarah got married, rumors are it was a political marriage but investigations show that there was more to it than meets the eye.
More months passed by after the wedding and Jaffar has been slowly climbing the ranks, becoming sergeant ‘Archivist’. His captain was given a classified operation in which he and his squad were to intercept terrorists that were going to infiltrate the National Museum. Jaffar’s squad arrived as soon as the GOI managed to infiltrate the Museum. As the special forces begin moving into the museum, they notice that the lights are on within the museum despite it being closed during late nights. An officer gets torn to shreds by an anomaly that seemed to have taken residence in the museum and that sends the squad into a panic for a short while. They start moving forward, running from the anomaly, losing numbers to both it and the GOI. The squad figures out later on that the anomaly only hunts in the light and slowly begins moving forward, taking out the lights, shutting down power and taking down members of the opposition. After the death of almost all of the special forces members, Jaffar finds himself face to face with the last man standing from the group he was tasked to kill, both of them heavily injured and out of supplies. Without hesitation, Jaffar grabs a warhammer hung on the wall to his right and runs at his target, beating him to a bloody pulp with it. A few moments later, MTF Mu-13 arrived on the scene managing to contain the anomaly and finding an exhausted Jaffar standing over what was once his target.
Jaffar is brought back for questioning and was given an offer. Forget everything that happened, go back and live a quiet life or join the foundation, assist in their efforts to secure and contain anomalies and protect a site that has these anomalies locked up. After careful deliberation, he chose to join the foundation despite the fact that he was forced to forget everything about his family and the people he knew due to security risks. He was announced dead to the public and within the foundation he was stripped of his last name and given a new codename: ‘Warhammer’
WITHIN FOUNDATION:
Carrying nothing but an mp5 in his hands and a journal in his vest, Jaffar finds himself as a Cadet within the general security department. He must climb the ranks again, prove himself and make sure that whatever is within the foundation, stays within it. He carries guilt for being the last one alive, maybe he could’ve done something? Maybe he could’ve saved someone? It’s too late for it. He finds himself in an unfamiliar environment within the site. One of the Sergeants, Cleetus Silthorn takes interest in teaching the new cadet, begins showing him the ropes and teaches him how to perform his duties to the best of his abilities.
Jaffar becomes well acquainted quickly to what he has to do, slowly begins climbing the ranks, he meets other figures of interest who helped him learn and grow within general security. The captains of Gensec including but not limited to Marrio Tazuul, Matt Morgan, Jack Apples and Clyde Silthorn helped him climb the ranks, took notice of his performance and decided to promote him into sergeant.
After a few weeks and fights against the insurgency, breached SCPs and rowdy D-CLASS, he managed to make a name for himself. Getting an interview from Marrio Tazuul, he managed to score a promotion to Captain and began leading GENSEC, the best way he could. He tries to pass forward the kindness he was shown, teaching newer GENSEC members, assisting them in their duties and going out of his way to help other members of different departments.
One day, the news of the death of a certain site member comes across Jaffar, Director of Research Morikas Laritho. He was someone who also encouraged Jaffar during his days as officer and offered him help and assistance with anything related to RSD. The news was upsetting but what puzzled Jaffar the most was the news he heard in a matter of 2 days, the replacement for Morikas, Samuel Pennings, also passed away. A concerned Jaffar did not like the fact that the site’s security was under jeopardy. Armed with the rifle on his back and a journal in his hand, he goes to investigate their deaths and finds himself staring at an abyss. He hopes that the abyss does not notice him staring, for if it stares back... he might lose himself.
STORYLINES HE WOULD BE INVOLVED IN:
A Nosy Captain/Chief: Jaffar unfortunately has a bad habit of being too curious for his own good, he might find himself looking into the eyes of something unfamiliar.
A ghost from the past: Someone that knows Jaffar finds him. . . but Jaffar knows nothing about them or, more correctly, he remembers nothing of them.
Stress or... ?: With the recent events within the site, Jaffar has been getting more stressed and has been neglecting his health. It’s gotten to the point where he has started seeing things. . . perhaps they are real.
