What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I involve myself with the Ethics Committee
My job as O-1 is to serve the Ethics Committee, and part of that is to help them in their jobs, I have been around the EC a lot and I believe I have what it takes to become an ECA and to help. I personally think that ECA will be the main thing I do if I do pass this application and interview, I will put other jobs like UNGOC and DEA to the site to be fully committed to the Ethics Committee.
I like Roleplay
I prefer roleplay rather than combat, this is proven by me joining the Prosecutors in O-1, 'Housewives' in UNGOC and also a Senior Doctor. I can create and retain roleplay for hours or even days as long as it involves people who want to roleplay I will do it.
I can Roleplay in a way that includes others really well
I understand that specific departments like to RP, so I love to involve everybody that I can, such as if Research are doing something chemical based, I will go and include the medical departments doctors and pharmacists to help and join in, because everybody is here for a fun time and some people can create relationships with people they wouldn't have thought of before.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
| Creating docu#CCCCCCments for the Ethics Committee | Ethics Committee Members are busy people, they have a job to do so they will task ECAs to create documents for them while they are doing something. |
| Ensuring Ethics Committee Orders are completed | ECAs can be tasked by ECMs or the ECC to complete a mission for the Ethics Committee, while they are doing this it should be their biggest priority and to do it ASAP. I understand that when ECAs are executing these orders they have an elevated clearance but that is only for that mission and if they exploit that power it will lead to big consequences. |
| Authorizing the use of Advanced Armory (Only to be done when they are Highest CL4 on site) | AA is very important and if misused it is very dangerous and very unethical, so while no ECMs are online if a mass breach is happening or the breach is simply to difficult to deal with alone, they are able to authorize it. |
| Authorizing QRF in a Breach | The GOC have a history of being very helpful during breaches they like to ask us if they can help being very proactive and being an ECA has a duty of Authorizing that extra help, QRF, to contain anomalies. |
| Reporting Site Status | An ECM spends most of their time in PW and CS so being an ECA involves you with their daily duties and your job will be to have an eagle eye on the site while they are maintaining their safety in core sector and carry out their orders in the site. |
| Authorize work permits under the supervision of GSD Captains | Due to not many D-Class being interested in working, I will very much involve myself in giving them something to do other then help in tests. This will create mutual respect between D-Class and Foundation Staff, it can also help site staff because their duties are difficult, and if they get that one extra person to help with their job such as giving aid or cooking it will be a big load taken off of somebodies back. |
| Increase the amount of work being done in departments | Currently some departments like to sit around and do nothing, I will not single anybody out but I think that if I create a reason for people to work as they should it will increase the popularity of this site and make the Site Administration have a lot less of pressure on their back. Such as giving out rewards to staff who do that extra bit of work or even help out a single person in finding a reason to do their job. |
| Authorizing mass termination of D-Class work personnel (In the lack of a higher CL4 person) | Due to code 5s being already hard enough for E-11 to deal with and GSD lacking manpower sometimes, D-Class escapes are really difficult to deal with, especially if it is a mass escape. Therefore in the most desperate of situations where their is no other option the termination of D-Class past airlock is deemed necessary, an Ethics Committee Assistant has the permission to authorize that termination procedure. |
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jamie Ward was found in London, he was really down low working a low pay office job and hated his life, He had no choice but go to a bed length and sell drugs and alcohol, this put him in a bad spotlight and then lost his job, however a man found him on the streets, homeless and saw he had a bad life, so he gave him a card which had a number connected to the SCP: Foundation. This gave Jamie a chance, and he want to a pay telephone and called, he was taken off the street cuffed and blindfolded and appeared in an Underground bunker of sorts, he was all the way in Canada at Site-65 however he didn't remember anything, he just started to work in the office as an intern.
He was noticed for his great work esteem and promoted to a Trainee Doctor who aided foundation personnel then earning his Medical License and becoming a full fledged Senior Doctor, however after that he was taken into a white room with one table and fluorescent lights and recruited into the Department of External Affairs, they knew where he came from in a bad life and thought he could help and bring more people to the foundation to give them a new life that they can be happy doing.
He did not know but after a couple months on the job he would be recruited into Omega-1 "Laws Left Hand" and reached the rank of specialist before performing even better and standing out, working with the Ethics Committee is a secret that nobody knows and the EC had a bad reputation so he was skeptical at first, however he grew to respect and like the Committee and this is where we end up now, me applying for Ethics Committee Assistant to help for a greater cause.
Jamie Ward will be part of something greater to help the people working in the dirty jobs and give them the support they need for a better life and give them opportunities they will regret not signing up for. I realize that some people work jobs they wish they dont do and want to achieve something bigger and better and that is where I come in and give them that bigger and better job to help other people like Jamie did to them. I call it S.O.T.D.W (Support of the Dirty Workers) This will create lots of RP for me and others to be apart of and I hope it will end up how I intend it to.
