For how long have you played on CG SCP: 2 months

Age: 16

In what country are you located?: Germany

Time zone: GMT+1

Character name(s): Jan Bruns (F) ; Nick Dowell (UNGOC)

Civilian name: Rick Dowell

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK

Do you have a mic?: Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: ISD Investigator, CI-A, (UNGOC SPC)

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: None yet

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

I'm applying for ISD Inspector to establish myself within this Department even further. I have gotten involved with a few audits and operations which I find fun and I believe that becoming an Inspector is the next step for me within the Foundation. I have gotten to know a few Inspectors within my time as Agent and Investigator which I found very helpful to get started in ISD, and I would say that I've gotten enough experience to be that person for new Agents and Investigators.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

My experience as an Agent and Investigator have given me a good insight into the inner workings of the Internal Security Department. I am able to fulfill my job on a daily basis without any problems towards ISD and non-ISD Personnel. I am pretty active on site, even if we CL3s dont get as much recognition by overall Site Personnel as CL4 members of Internal Security, which is why I am applying for this position.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

An ideal Inspector is someone who takes care of their subordinates while being active on site. They would lead new Agents / Operatives and make sure that they understand the work of ISD. They would show leadership capabilities in day-to-day duty and be assertive towards ISD and non-ISD Personnel. Inspectors in general should be knowledgeable of the Foundation Legal Codex and Mission Statement and enforce those on a daily basis.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

None yet, however I am making a document on the Wizards Rights Association. A document should be written clearly, look organized and be very detailed while not being too long. A too long document will lead to readers losing interest in the document and not finish reading it. However going too much into detail will lead to unnecessary information which is not needed and only discourages reading the document.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:

An Inspector has to oversee CL3 members of ISD and host inductions for new Agents / Operatives. They manage day-to-day operations of ISD while helping CL3s on checkpoints, and hosting audits, patrols and other activities for all members of ISD.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

As said before, I have a understanding of the inner workings of the Internal Security Department from the experience I have gathered as an Agent and Investigator. I believe that leading through being a consistent example is very important due to the Inspectors being there to lead members to success.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

My character, Jan Bruns, is from Germany, having moved to Canada early in his childhood. He started the academy of the Halifax Regional Police at 19 years old, however he lost interest, ending it early after 10 weeks. He completed a 12 month training to be a certified IT Technician, being 21 upon completion. He worked 1 year at an IT Company near Ontario and living in a small apartment. At the end of that one year he applied for a position at another IT Company, which turned out to be a shell company of the SCP Foundation. He started working as an IT Technician on Site-65 for two years, which is when he discovered his interest in police work again. Working in the Foundation, he filed a reassignment request to the Internal Security Department which got accepted, starting his career within ISD. He got promoted to Investigator around 2 weeks after which is where he is now.

I would love to be involved in long, investigative storylines. They should cover a wide variety of different scenarios: from Murder to theft and probaly also anomalous incidents. Currently I haven't had a storyline which I would not want to be apart of because of the great GMs that host these storylines. (Especially the Apostates, that was awesome!)

Do hope I did everything right here as this is my first post.
