-The OSA's primary duties include reporting to and conducting orders received by the 05 Council, with varying responsibilities depending on the Council's work requirements.The job involves fulfilling O5 orders, creating and maintaining RP in various facility areas, observing and analyzing various scenarios, and authorizing different abilities based on the situation.

Character:
Jaqueline C. Reacher is a driven and ambitious woman in her early thirties. She was born and raised in a wealthy family in France, but unlike her family, who were content with their lavish lifestyle, Jaqueline always had a thirst for knowledge and adventure. She was always curious about the world and had a natural knack for problem-solving. Her intelligence and determination set her apart from her peers, and she was often praised for her academic achievements.
Motivation and Goals:
Jaqueline's ultimate goal is to make a name for herself in the world of research and academia. She wants to break away from the expectations placed on her by her family and prove that she is capable of achieving great things on her own. Her motivation comes from her desire to constantly learn and discover new things, and she sees branching out into secretarial work at Site-65 as a way to expand her skill set and gain more experience.
Significant Events:
Growing up, Jaqueline was exposed to the world of the Foundation through her family's work. The Foundation was a secretive organization that focused on containing and researching anomalous objects and phenomena. Jaqueline's family was a part of the Foundation's aristocratic hierarchy, and they were responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's operations in France.
