During a Code Black while Operative Jax was escorting non-combatives to surface, due to SCP-939 running past a pole fell on a Jr. Researcher and trapped him. The Operative was too weak to pull it off of the researcher and vowed at the researchers funeral to grow stronger.
Doctors and members of RSD helped Operative Jax achieve his dream by allowing the usage of legal and mild doses of steroids concurrent to his daily workouts. He spent every minute of freetime in the site's activity center and trained with the thought of that Jr. Researcher in mind.
Notes:
The PAC just scales up the bones slightly, like 1.1 on upper arm and clavicles and slightly on thighs to not look like I'm on stilts.

The decision to deny this was for the following reasons :​

• We are concerned that this pac might negatively affect the hitboxes of the model meaning that some shots wouldn't register or you would become a bigger than intended target
  
  
• The second reason was that we feel that the pac looks too unrealistic ,while the lore you submitted provided a good explanation the pac itself didn't seem to fit.
