For how long have you played on CG SCP: 3-4 months(i stopped for a while after the second month).
Age: 14 years old
In what country are you located?: U.S.
Time zone: EST
Character name(s): Jay Brown, John Monday, Jason Lore
Civilian name: John Monday
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?:
- Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- Epsilon-11(Twice), Nu-7(Current)
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I believe I have three warnings 1 is for RDM, the other is for failrp i don't remember the last.
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- So I can help people anywhere(like fl3).
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I have helped out as much as possible with peoples medical needs around the sight I even feed the MTF that are in are sight if i have food on me.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
- Taking a grenade out of SCP-999(this did happen) we brought him to Medbay and And we reached into him to retrieve the grenade(We rolled and were successful) we took the grenade(consultant, me, and Dpt. Director Niko.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
- To help wounded staff, give medicine to sick people, fix bone fractures, give psych evaluations to cl4 staff, give people medical and combat medic licenses, and they would preform surgery on staff with a screwdriver in their eye(I have seen this before)
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Hopefully more psych evaluations and surgery and more of the standard stuff like dealing with sickness around the sight or fractures.

Natural Leaning towards +1

Now I love my funnys and we had a lot of them, But the lore needs some work. Take inspiration from other applications and then work on it then you would get a +1 from me

-terrible formatting
-barely anything in "What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?" and one of the answers is giving someone food
-you are a good person, but you clearly aren't ready for a cl4 position, especially in one such as medical where is 100% focused on RP and documents.

Right. I haven't seen you that much, but there are a couple things I'd like to comment on. Some that others have already pointed out.

- The formatting and amount of information isn't on the expected level.

Like Mase and Casseno1 said, look at other consultant/misc cl4 applications and take notes. Spacing, keep it concise, etc. I can help you in the future if you want.
- Clearance 4 personnel aren't just someone's superiors. They lead and initiate RP. They need to have a (at least) good understanding of the department's rules and protocols. *cough* You will encounter bullshit and be put on the spot as a consultant*cough*
Basically experience. Not only with the medical department, but other departments and, in turn, the foundation as a whole. Psych evals/medical check-ups are decent for this IMO. If you see there's a medical event or MLT is doing something, tag along. Unfortunately psych evals 1 on 1 and so don't allow spectators, but medical check-ups are free game-ish. Probably.

Misc. comments can be broken down to "lack of experience" in some way or another. Psych evals just needs to be you something *know*. This is because it can, when performing psych evals on cl4+ personnel, require a great deal more "flexibility" and paperwork know-how. I recommend asking MLT for pointers on this. They will make room in their bitter hearts for you because they care so much about others:). Good luck with future applications!

ps: the last question is not what you hope to do but rather what you already have done

-Good example of an RP medical procedure (Although it can be done by medical, it's still a good RP idea)
-Personally haven't seen you much, (although I might just be a sleeper).
-Everything listed below.

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- Epsilon-11(Twice), Nu-7(Current)
What ranks within the respective regiments? PVT, CPL? etc.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I believe I have three warnings 1 is for RDM, the other is for failrp i don't remember the last.
Are any active? If so then post a Screenshot of which one's, or tell for how long.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- So I can help people anywhere(like fl3).
Help people with medical RP, heal people, further your RP character, more elaboration would be nice.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I even feed the MTF that are in are sight if i have food on me.
i think this is a chef's job, not a Consultants for some reason

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
- To help wounded staff, give medicine to sick people, fix bone fractures, give psych evaluations to cl4 staff, give people medical and combat medic licenses, and they would preform surgery on staff with a screwdriver in their eye(I have seen this before)
You don't mention Creating RP, Being a lead/example for other Medical members, Disciplining mingey Medical members, rewarding well performing Medical members, ECT, Psych evals to people that aren't CL4 (E.G. A E11 CSG or a A1 SPC), or Document creation for the DPT.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Hopefully more psych evaluations and surgery and more of the standard stuff like dealing with sickness around the sight or fractures.
This is to describe your character in RP and potential RP storylines that they may be involved in. Not the duties of a Medic.

- Absolutely no formatting and little amount of text
- Some answers are far fetched ("Taking a grenade out of SCP-999")

- Only times I have interacted with you have been good.
- Not active compared to other applicants
