Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I have been in and loyal to ISD for a good while now, I had a rough patch which I overcame with the help of broda and continue to improve from. I believe I have now been in ISD long enough to test myself in the seat of an inspector, I have never held a CL4 position before and I should hope I am ready. I am applying for Inspector now so that I can up my involvement in the RP and try to produce more meaningful work for ISD as a whole. I was silly in the past and complained that CL3 personnel don't often get work or stuff to do, I was proven wrong; however I know now that RP leaders are the easiest way for a CL3 to get their foot in the roleplay and I hope to focus on that at the start. I think asking myself whether I am ready or not will just cause doubt and loss of hope so hence why I've decided to apply and with the blessing of my DoISD's and the community be able to test on the shoes of Inspector and do my absolute best to not let anyone down.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I would ike to think that my past in ISD contributes to it. As I have once upon a time been blacklisted and through activity and improvement risen from a blacklist back to investigator. I am not trying to bloat here, I am far far from perfect and not a great RP'er compared to some idols in the community. However I believe these steps that have been taken are an indication and standing proof of the fact that I have, am, and will continue to change for the better.
I also do quite enjoy documentation and creation of policies that involve other parties such as mutual agreements between other departments, just sitting down and coversing to find mutual ground, finding ways to improve the general health of the site is also something I'm into, I will talk more about that in the documents section.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe an ideal inspector is someone who can support their team and being friendly to approach but firm when necessary. Inspectors play a huge role in the ISD, they are the first step in the chain of command for the CL3's and are thus the first image a non-experienced agent/operative would see. Which is why ideally they would be friendly to approach and strong on helping others.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

Not many, I have written one which was "approved" and one that I am revising to re-submit it.
One of which was the security rating which involves 2 ISD agents inspecting certain sectors of the site and giving feedback.
And one which involves placing a warrant for monitoring an individual who has amassed a large sum of FLC violations. As a way to aid them in stopping their crimes.
I believe what makes these documents stand out as a "better than" is their:
Target audience: If a document is meant for a CL3 can a person with no experience understand it and follow it or submit it?
Readability: Does it include unnecessary clutter? Is it well formulated and fitting for the SCP universe?
Conventions: Does it include a table of contents, a good formatting and page links?

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
I will present these in a bulletin fashion with descriptions of what I mean/think:
- Teamwork: I believe the inspectors are to cooperate with each other to provide a safe enviornment for their subordinates to flourish and provide them with enough experience to rise through the ranks of ISD.
- Duties: They are to assign their subordinates duties and tasks that would nourish their experience and keep them active
- Quality: They are to make sure that Agents/Operatives/Investigators are well trained and up to standard
- Assistance: They are to assist by using Inspector+ tools/permissions in RP such as the barricades and investigations
- Operations: They are to partake in operations and provide some for their subordinates, such as investigations or cooperations with other departments.
- Interdepartmental: They are to alongside their superiors (Commissioners+) coordinate mutually beneficial and agreed upon policies between ISD and respective departments/regiments.
- Knowledge: They are to induct new agents and host lectures preferably FLC / Rights related.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Because I have experienced good leadership. I had the aforementioned rough patch, from which I was contacted by and contacted a plethora of leadership from ISD. I was unfortunately subject to what I would consider less than ideal leadership and phenomenal outstanding leadership. I had people like godman and broda and pixie give me actual criticism on what I do wrong and advice on how to improve, they also had patience which I am grateful for. These things are great for newly recruited ISD members and if appointed the position I hope to display some of those virtues myself.
I find myself often looking for meaningful and valuable RP as an investigator so another thing I believe I will contribute to the department is just that, I will as an Inspector collaborate with other departments so with the help of other leadership be able to provide both sides valuable IC experience and OOC fun.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Jericho Infernus while working on the ███ case found himself in a hallway with -3, their assistant and Alpha-1 operatives.
After attempting to log in on the primary servers, his access was denied.
-3 used their clearance to login, Infernus was in.
He used his old enthusiasm for tech to attempt a simple server reboot to a restart point, a 2 week old backup.
His access was denied again, shocked he read out loud to the Overseer: "Access Denied - Pending R.A.I.S.A Investigation"
-3: ahahah okay, I will deal with this
Jericho: ha-ha... okay, I will wait here.
RAISA arrives on site through a chopper
Fast forward to 2 weeks after:

Jericho was last seen outside of Site Administration offices, according to research personnel testimony, allegedly after presenting his ID to 2 heavily armored operatives, he was blindfolded and dragged somewhere...

- Active.

- Has an issue with power.
- Takes IC things OOC, as if they were done to you personnaly.
- When things don't go your way you -and I mean this as respectfully as possible- you start being difficult.

I've seen clips of you acting uncooperative/difficult when things don't go your way, you tend to take over RP and exclude others out of it, and I've heard so many people complian about you, I am aware you are trying to better yourself, but till then I cannot support you in this application.
Nonetheless, Good Luck.

While I don't comment on Inspector applications often I do have to say you tend to bring a lot of In Character things to out of character along with what Alex said. I don't believe you are ready at this time to become an Inspector until you work on the areas that are needing to improve.

I had an especially frustrating interaction with you where I had you in cuffs in a room and did /me takes off bodycam. Now you rolled it with the excuse that you somehow dodged my hand? I thought why not and rolled to which I failed. After some time it happened again and I yet again failed, with your same excuse that you had dodge me removing your cam whilst cuffed and dragged.

You then got mad at me for trying again accusing me of powergaming. So I try again getting a bit frustrated at this point as this was very time sensitive to which I succeeded the roll. You then decided to go on a monologue instead of removing the body camera in a clear attempt to delay until I was caught, getting mad at me in LOOC for not wanting you to continue talking and actually remove the bodycam because you wanted to continue YOUR roleplay. After asking why you acted like this, you then proceeded to rationalise basically saying 'you probably would have been caught anyway, and I wanted that to happen.'
I have clipped the whole incident but didn't report it due to me being in a personal VC at the time but if anyone wishes to see this behaviour feel free to message me in discord.

You constantly preach about apparent rule breaks with no regard about how you yourself act or have any care for other people. You are slowly but surely getting more and more people to not want to interact or deal with you in any situation. As other people and myself have seen, you abuse the power given to you as a member of ISD to get your way and become extremely difficult if anything doesn't go your way.

I hope you can reflect on how you have been acting and improve, but as you are right now you should not be an Inspector and honestly should be an Investigator as of right now.

Apologies if this seems harsh, but I do genuinely feel the way you are carrying yourself is having a hugely negative impact on the perception of ISD and the server as a whole. I would hate for new players to have to deal with this behaviour and seeing this as a basis for how the whole server acts.

mate you genuinely cuffed me, forced an RP scenario you as a researcher should not even have, powergamed and got very mad at me because you kept failing your rolls. just because an RP scenario doesnt go your way doesnt mean the person is a bad roleplayer, i let you get away with way too much and the fact that i didnt make a sit was out of pure respect since you reached out with criticism for the RP. you keep saying i constantly complained but all i really did was tell u to not keep rolling because i was literally roleplaying my death speech after a apparently psychotic executive kidnapped me. I dont usually reply to peoples opinions but i think this is a misjudgement considering the fact that you are actively lying. you approached me while i was minding my business hacking and told me to stick em up and called me a CI, then u cuff me twice, then u inject me with ventanyl and i panic, u put me in AA and threaten me and miss every roll then complain that i am a bad roleplayer? you just didnt have ur way, if i wanted to "abuse" ISD or anything i woulda arrested u the nanosecond u uncuffed me but i wanted u to have your fun mate

you spam pm'd me after like every RP encounter i had with you, you crashed out on me and did this https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/mbAXbT1wBqjkhuKE8?invite=cr-MSx4bEwsMjgwNjk3Ng&v=27 then you proclaim that I get difficult when i dont have my way?

i think youre a decent fella and i dont want ANY ooc issues with you whatsoever, but the fact of the matter is
- you didnt have your way with the RP (twice) and blamed it on me
- you said i was constantly complaining but i have the whole thing on footage and i only told u not to roll because i didnt want u to keep spamming /me and waste your previous good rolls since you got an 81 that was pretty fucking good

if you preach others rp is bad, then prove it by providing good rp, if you complain about the RP you got yourself willingly into and got caught, thats on you. i am 100% sure if that RP played out with you not getting caught you'd have no issues.
im sorry but i whole heartedly cannot in good faith accept your "feedback" as its a mixture of lies and projecting.

TL;DR:
You didn't get upset at the RP, you got upset that it didn't play out your way.
You say I'm a rulebreaker yet you go and RDM me for ID checking you.

I'm not a perfect roleplayer and I have a long road ahead, I believe this is the first step in my journey. I will take all sorts of criticism from anyone but to have you outright lie about "constantly complaining" and all that just makes it not very constructive. That scenario was played out in a way not to your liking, end of.

Only gonna reply to this as I feel you have actively lied in a way to try to discredit me which is honestly a bit ridiculous.
forced an RP scenario
Are you playing on an RP server?
because i was literally roleplaying my death speech
As said you went on this speech for several minutes way after you were supposed to drop your bodycam, weirdly enough the only thing that made you stop your speech was when I was eventually caught.
you spam pm'd me after like every RP encounter i had with you, you crashed out on me and did this
Would love to know when this ever occurred. Also I find it interesting you decided to not mention the context for this clip where you placed me in cuffs the second I even delayed showing you my ID, to which once I arrested I again tried to show you my ID and you continued to arrest me. I shouldn't have shot you but its a great example of the way you conduct yourself. I got warned rightly so and this was a nearing a month ago. Only been warned once before this.

You should act in a way that proves you are ready for a role, not hope to get the role and try improve after.

Not going to reply anymore and I hope you don't either as all it does is make us both look bad. I do think the way you have handled this criticism is emblematic to everything that has been said.
