What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
- I am applying for the O5-7 position within the council, although I don't have a specific reason to apply for -7 it doesn't matter to me which number I get as it will still fit in with my lore. The main reason that I am applying for the O5 Council is to work my way up in the Site Administration side of the server. I am mainly looking to expand my career in Site Administration due to my eagerness and will to take on a role with more responsibility for the server-wide decision-making and upper management of Site-65 and its personnel. I also believe that joining the highest-ranking role on the server will allow me to expand and enhance my roleplay qualifications and knowledge further. By joining the council I will be able to create more interesting and wider RP scenarios that a lot of community members will be able to enjoy. As part of the O5 council, I would also like to assist senior members of the foundation (Clearance level 4 personnel) and Department leaders by ensuring that their departments are receiving accurate feedback on their performance and quality to seek improvement to make sure that their professional standards are at their highest.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
- I believe that I am the best candidate for the O5 Council position because of my experience and actions as Site Administration (Site Advisor), I have now been part of the Site Administration for almost 2 months. During my time in the Site Administration, I have taken extraordinary actions to improve the overall stability of the site and its departments, as well as taken drastic measures to fight back against several dangers that Site-65 has encountered (Alert Codes from 1-5). Although avoiding several potential Code Blacks and other codes by commanding both MTF and Combative Units to engage themselves in combat with the said threats and also to make sure that all combat units were properly organized and informed in a detailed manner on how to deal with these situations and threats. As a Site Advisor, I was tasked with taking full responsibility for the site whenever the Site Director wasn't available, therefore I was performing the Site Director's duties during his absence. Nevertheless, even when the Site Director was on site I still made sure that I was performing all of my duties to the best of my capabilities, with this including Department Audits, Interviews with senior personnel (Clearance Level 4), and Logging all of the authorization of AA and more. All of these procedures were entrusted to me to make sure that the Departments within Site-65 were as efficient and professional as possible, without causing any issues to any other personnel within the site, I also made sure that all of the rooms and containment chambers were running as intended to make sure to always bring tech experts with me in case the site needed to be fixed to ensure everyone's wellbeing. I believe that because of my History in the Site Administration that I am the best candidate for the O5 council.
Another small but worthy mention is my experience as an Internal Affairs Ambassador. What this position allowed me to do is to get myself familiar with the CoC, CoE and The Legal Codex ensuring that all of the personnel within the site were to follow these codes at all times, the issues that I stumbled the most during my time in the Internal affairs would be several different personnel throughout different departments breaching the CoC by demonstrating unprofessionalism whilst on the site. Being an IA Ambassador taught me a lot of valuable skills that I was able to take into the Site Administration such as organizing personnel and leading them during difficult situations, a great example of this during my career in IA was leading several investigations cases to find numerous rouge Site personnel, our task was to find them and deliver justice to them for their crimes against the foundation. Another skill that I think is important that I have developed during my time in IA, is my ability to write excellent documents with an exemplary layout that makes them easy to read and understand.
To conclude, I believe that I am the best candidate for the O5 Council due to my past of holding senior positions allowing me to further develop and enhance my roleplay knowledge, as well as several different skill factors such as management and leadership. Lastly, to mention is that my dedication to the server and the SCP Foundation itself is on another level of loyalty. In character, there is nothing that I wouldn't do to achieve greatness for the foundation.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
- The Overseers are responsible for monitoring the foundation as a whole, this varies from visiting different sites to ensuring that its performance is up to the foundation's standards; mentioning that the overseers are also to 'Oversee' the SCP foundation's daily operations and tasks that might affect its health or sustainability, ensuring that no personnel are putting the outside world in danger of the contained anomalies. Whilst on their patrols to oversee the foundation's operations the O5 Council is also recommended to make time for Department Leaders to assist them with their troubles or even take notes on necessary actions that might need to be taken to improve the said department, this could vary from installing new policies or seeking new senior staff for that department, nevertheless, the O5 council should do everything that is possible in their power to achieve
On special occasions, all Clearance 5 personnel that of being the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee are to cooperate with each other to make foundation-wide decisions based on its health and personnel that might be of interest to them for unknown reasons. On Site-65 Both O5 and Ethics are to jointly make difficult decisions before carrying these out as it might cause an uprising or affect the foundation's reputation as a whole. With this being said, Both O5 and Ethics are to be extremely cautious with their ability to a Site-Failure "Code Black" procedure and only use this as the last resort to evacuate all of the non-combative personnel outside of the facility in order to ensure that the combative personnel such as MTF to fight back all of the threats without worrying of putting other personnel in danger or crossfire. The absolute last alternative in order to reset RP and recontainment and extermination all of the threats in the facility, the O5 council must make a decision if detonating the Alpha Warhead is necessary, although this should only be used during drastic measures such as when the recontainment of all of these SCP's is deemed to be impossible due to the havoc caused by other Euclid or Keter Classed SCPs. The Overseer Council is one of the highest-ranking roles that a member can achieve, therefore, it comes with a lot of new responsibilities and tasks that can affect the Site, it is important to remember at all times that out of RP and in RP the O5 are one of the most trusted members of the community and should not take this for granted.
Lastly, being part of the O5 also means managing and commanding your own personal MTF, in this case, it would be the most trusted MTF Unit personally assigned to the O5 council; MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". Although the O5 council does have the authority to command all other MTF Units, they should rarely be seen commanding them unless it is absolutely necessary.

- When out of RP the O5 Council members are to act in a professional manner at all times, this could include being responsible and mature at all times on "external communications" such as on Discord, TS and OOC chat in-game ensuring that they are offering aid to any newer members of the community in order to get them started on their path on the server. Due to them being the highest-ranking members on the server they are the role models to new members that wish to progress within the leadership path on the server. The Council Members are also to stay in contact with each other at all times for any potential voting, the voting can be initiated for several reasons, such as policy updates or forums applications.

██████ "The Jester" Crane is a long life standing IA Ambassador who dedicated his cause and life to this department to ensure that it's running as efficiently as possible. On ██/██/████ Jester got an offer from the Site Director to consider his resignation from his present Ambassador role and enter the Site Administration on Site-██ as his "potential is wasted in that department". Jester Crane, previously an Internal Affairs Ambassador worked his way up to the Site Administration by demonstrating his hard work and dedication to the Foundation, to he was appointed as Site Advisor for Site-65 after successfully being considered both by the Site Director and SCP Command for the Administration team. After years of unexpected yet successful work for the Site Administration for Site-65 and the SCP Foundation as a whole, Jester was considering moving up to the ranks of the SCP Command instead of moving up to the Site Director Position. Ever since considering his path to the SCP Command, he decided to work very closely alongside the O5 council in order to make sure that they had their eyes on him at all times. However, what Jester did not know is that they indeed have their eyes on him but not for the right reasons that he would soon find out...
Jester Crane was interested in joining the O5 council ever since joining the Site Administration team, he swore to himself that he will eventually reach the ranks of the SCP Command no matter what he has to sacrifice in order to get there. Jester Crane was a dedicated and loyal member of the foundation, he knew what the foundation stood for and what it did in order to achieve that very goal, however, that did not stop him from viewing the foundation itself as a chosen "gods" who surrounded their own lives so that the outside world can live without any fears. Jester believe that if he was to join the O5 ranks he could improve the foundation as a whole on a global scale. Ever since setting this goal Jester worked closely with the O5 in order to get an understanding of their daily tasks and responsibilities. Jester did acknowledge that getting to council ranks won't be easy, therefore during his several years of service in the Administration team, he didn't think about his goal not even for a second in order to focus on his current tasks.
Although at first Jester Crane during his starting years in Site Administration, Jester seemed like normal foundation personnel that displayed no anomalous properties whatsoever. | FILE CLASS: SCP BREACH REPORT DATE AND LOCATION: MAY 15TH, 2022. SITE-65 SCP INVOLVED: SCP-682 BREACH PERSONNEL INVOLVED: BOTH MTF E-11 AND NU-7 ALONGSIDE SITE ADVISOR JESTER CRANE. WROTE BY: SITE ADVISOR █████ DESCRIPTION OF EVENT Before the breach took place Site-65 was running as intended, just hours before this breach was to occur, Executive Researcher, Jeffery got the approval from the Ethics Committee to perform a very dangerous cross-test between SCP-049 and SCP-682 in order to have a double interview to establish what their "friendship" is and if SCP-682 possess the said "pestilence". However, before this experiment was to even happened, during 682's regular containment chamber checkup, it was found that he breached containment and was extremely aggressive and aggravated. Two E-11 members were on the checkup and managed to send out a Code 5 throughout the facility before being brutally killed by SCP-682. At approximately 10 minutes, after the breach began, SCP-682 was able to destroy the Heavy Containment Zone blast doors without any issues, MTF E-11 and Nu-7 were dispatched by Site Advisor Jester in order to weaken and capture SCP-682 back. However, with the severe lack of manpower, it seemed impossible for 682's containment as he was aiming toward SCP-173's containment chamber. Not even 5 mins after, Site Advisor Jester Crane authorized the usage of Advanced Armory for the reason being "In order to weak 682 and avoid any further breaches" Internal Affairs Agents were ordered by Site Advisor Jester Crane to evacuate all non-combative personnel to personnel wing in order to avoid fatal damage. Nu-7 and E-11 surrounded 682 in SCP 173's chamber and thanks to the usage of advanced armoury they were able to weaken SCP-682 before he was able to breach any other SCPs. Although the Site was secured again, Site Advisor Jester was both scolded and congratulated by the Ethics Committee for his actions, as he shouldn't have authorized advanced armoury so early on without actually trying other techniques first for 682's recapturing. However, he then was congratulated by Ethics for preventing further breaches and a potential "Code Black" by organizing and managing the MTF forces and making sure that the advanced armoury equipment is kept away from the non-combative personnel as they are untrained in combat and could have caused a lot of fatalities if they were to interact with those or got any closer than they should have. | FILE CLASS: CI RAID REPORT DATE AND LOCATION: [UNKNOWN] SCP INVOLVED: N/A PERSONNEL INVOLVED: DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS, JESTER CRANE WROTE BY: DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH ███████ & INTELLIGENCE AMBASSADOR ████ DESCRIPTION OF EVENT It was a normal day on Site-65 where Site Advisor Jester and the Director of Internal Affairs ██████ were conducting a short meeting based on the performance and quality of the Agents and Ambassadors in the ranks of Internal Affairs, However, their meeting was cut short by a Doctor who interrupted the meeting by walking into the Site Administration office and mentioning that he would like to dispose of a Clearance Level 4 Keycard that he found on the floor to the Site Advisor; upon a closer inspection Site Advisor Jester noticed that the card belongs to a CPT of MTF █████-1. The Doctor was immediately stopped and handcuffed to be taken away for further questioning. Whilst escorting the doctor out of the personnel wing, their mission was quickly abandoned due to a CI raid; the Doctor was killed on spot by a CI marksman whilst the Director of IA and Site Advisor Jester were taken hostage in the lecture hall where the negotiations would take place. After █████-1 commander and the intelligence department alongside the Site Advisor █████ who was in charge of leading this negotiation were confident in their abilities to get the Site Advisor and Director out safely, After a long hour of negotiations, the foundation came to an agreement to let chaos go free if they were to let the hostages go. However, CI had an ace up their sleeve; this was leaving bombs around the hostages in case they get attacked. Whilst the hostages were getting released and CI was getting escorted back to the surface one of the Nu-7 members decided to take a shot from their sniper rifle killing the CI members, the CI DELCOM then detonated the bombs killing the Director of Internal Affairs while leaving Site Advisor Jester alive but in a life-threatening state as he has lost his arm. Site Advisor Jester was then quickly escorted to a special science lab where the Director Of Research ███████ and a trained medic were waiting to treat him. After treating Jester the DOR had an idea to implement his project to come to life. This project was recently stolen by members of the Nu-7 and outside field agents from the GOI known as "Serpent's Hand", this project was to recreate the human body using robotic systems aka making "prosthetics" as a replacement for their lost limbs. This treatment and installation of the prosthetic arm took around 3 days to fully get it to work, whilst this procedure was taking place Jester was asleep the whole time recovering from his wounds, at the very last hour of his operation the Ethics Committee authorized the usage of SCP-500 in order to fully heal Jester wounds. It took a long time for Jester Crane to adjust to his new arm, however, he claims for it to be better than his old one which he is grateful for. Monthly repairs and upgrade appointments with the Director Of Research are required to make sure that his newly acquired arm is as efficient as possible. |

| SUMMARY OF EVENTS: SITE ADVISOR JESTER CRANE'S SCP INTERACTIONS AND POSSIBLE GAINED "ANOMALOUS" ABILITIES AND PROPERTIES DESCRIPTION: SCP-507 was transferred to Site-65 on May 25th, 2022 at which he arrived on-site at an approximate time of 15:45 after O5-4 demanded the SCP-507 to be under his care during his time on Site-65 for further experiments. During SCP-507's stay on Site-65, an order came from Site Advisor Jester to perform an immediate cross-test with both SCP-507 and SCP-914, although this wasn't at first authorized by the SCP command; Jester refused to wait and listen to them he wanted answers immediately for himself. During this experiment, only one researcher was allowed to accompany Site Advisor Jester and that was none other than Executive Research Frank. SCP-507 entered SCP-914 on the setting of 1:1 to see if it was possible to duplicate the anomaly or even create something else that the researcher could only guess to be labelled as SCP-507-2. At the first of this experiment there seemed to be a problem with the button that gets SCP-914 to work, Site Advisor Jester entered SCP-914's booth to see if there are any issues within it that is causing this obstruction, however, as soon as Site Advisor Jester entered 914 alongside SCP-507, the doors closed and the machine started to work again. After a solid 15-20 seconds inside SCP-914, both Jester and SCP-507 were transported to the other booth on the right side of SCP-914 were then the doors opened and they both left the booth without any noticeable changes, from there the experiment was called off and the executive researcher was amnesticized by Site Advisor Jester in order to avoid any information leak about this incident to the SCP Command. Although Site Advisor Jester displayed no symptoms or any properties of SCP-914 being used on him, However, after a couple of days it was reported that Site Advisor Jester was reported to appear and disappear when walking or walking out of certain rooms, this was described to as if he was "teleporting" or "reality-bending through dimensions". As of right now, it is unclear if Site Advisor Jester possesses any interdimensional abilities. By the order of the O5 council, the Site Administration team is tasked with keeping a close eye on Site Advisor Jester to see if he displays any abilities that are similar to that of SCP-507's. On top of this, prior months back when Site Advisor Jester was entrusted with a secret mission given to him by the O5 council to oversee and conduct necessary experiments with the director of research on Site-██ on SCP-006 to see if its anomalous properties could be enhanced by via using other SCP's or any modifying it to make its toxic properties disappear. On the other hand, Jester already knew things said about the SCP-006's "toxic" properties were a lie fed to him by the O5 Council and Ethics Committee in order to make sure that he doesn't interact with this anomaly and use its true power for his own gain. During the research on SCP-006 Site Advisor Jester decided to keep some vials containing SCP-006 for himself in order to keep himself alive and young; although this didn't go unnoticed by the O5 council the only thing that they could do is to amnesticate him and get rid of his SCP-006 supply that he has been recreating by using SCP-914 in secret, although he was scolded before the said amneseticasicon it was already too late to revert the effects of SCP-006 on his body as he already injected it into himself. Due to this accident, Jester Crane de-aged himself for about 6-7 years making turning him back into a 22-year-old male. Ever since these incidents Site Advisor Jester Crane was put on the watchlist by the O5 Council due to his habit of not listening to authority; Even after all of these mistakes, the foundation couldn't risk losing such a valuable member who although makes the biggest mistakes knows how to get his work done. Nevertheless, Jester Crane is to be watched by the MTF Alpha-1 by the orders of the O5 council to see if he possesses any anomalous powers that similar to SCP-507 that he was managed to gain from putting himself with SCP-507 in SCP-914, but also to make sure that he doesn't have any copies of SCP-006 hidden somewhere. | FILE CLASS: AVOIDED XK-CLASS SCENARIO SCP-016 DATE AND LOCATION: Site-19, located in [REDACTED] SCP INVOLVED: SCP-016 PERSONNEL INVOLVED: MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters", MTF Gamma-5 "Red Herrings", Field Agents, MTF E-11, MTF Nu-7 and Site Advisor Jester Crane WROTE BY: O5-4, O5-1 DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: Jester Crane was entrusted with a top-secret task by the O5 council to investigate and oversee other SCP Facilities and record and note down the quality of their performances and work production. for this Site Advisor Jester travelled to five facilities that the O5 council has specifically appointed to him. During his 4th visit to Site-19 it seemed like any regular day, the researchers were performing their experiments while the security guards were guarding D-block and numerous Euclid & Keter Classed SCP's that required daily maintenance, Jester wrote down this excellent and exceptional performance from Site-19 and planned on sending it to the O5 as soon as possible to Class Site-19 as stable and hardworking. Regardless, no one on Site-19 was ready and expecting a certain event to occur; this event was a secret deep-cover mission led by elite members of the para-environmental terrorist organization known as the "Serpent's Hand" whose mission was to cause a disaster by freeing the most monstrous SCP that they could find on Site-19. At the time, the undercover Serpent's Hand agents infiltrated the facility via the ventilation system, where they ended up in the Research Department's bunks, when they entered the bunks they noticed two Sr researchers sleeping on their beds, with the silenced pistols they took out the researchers by shooting them in their heads and look their disguises and keycards in order to blend in with the crowd. Now with the possession of Clearance level 3 keycards they were "unstoppable". The two undercover agents entered HCZ and started wondering around they stumbled against an executive researcher was that questioned their suspicious and unnatural behaviour, when asked for their identification cards by the executive researcher they yet again proceeded to pull out their silenced pistols and kill the executive on spot, they then took his keycard now obtaining a CL4. Using their newly acquired Clearance Level 4 card they used the Site-19's ScripNet system to determine which SCP would be the easiest yet most destructive to free, after reading for several minutes they decided to steal a Keter Class SCP known as SCP-016-E a "Sentient Micro-Organism" that has been modified by the foundation to become more deadly than what it was in its original state, they settled on this SCP due to its easy containment procedures and requirements of a CL4 which they possessed. They quickly made their way to SCP-016 and opened the containment chamber, inside was a small petri dish containing a small blood sample; the agent proceeded to put the petri dish in their bag, however, the agent with the bag seemed to have cut himself by being too aggressive with the petri dish, as it was seen that dish was partly cracked leaking blood from the cut that the agent received. The agents didn't pay much attention to this as they thought that it was a simple cut so they decided to quickly get out of the facility while acting natural to raise no suspicion by the foundation's staff; before fulling leaving the Site they called up for transport back-up from their colleagues to notify that the mission was a success. Outside of the foundation, the agents get picked up in an armoured van and escorted away from the facility claiming "Victory" over the foundation. However, what they didn't know is that every day it would be their last time being human beings. The agent from before who was scratched by the cracked petri dish started coughing up blood on other agents, although at first, nobody knew the reason for this as the only wound he received during his mission was a small cut and it shouldn't have been that serious, especially with how fast first aid was applied. Although the other agent that was on the mission got really worried considering that the SCP that they have stolen was a pathogen and the petri dish was cracked. They stopped near a local small town called "Kalamo" near Site-19 where they used an abandoned house to lay the operative down in order to further examine his symptoms. But not long until they entered the house a sudden transformation on his arm has started to occur, the arm where the cut was present started radiating a huge amount of heat when removed the said sleeve off his arm it was exposed to show huge growing lumps on his arm that were radiating this heat, for a second the agent lost his consciousness. At the moment of peace, the other Serpent's hands operatives realised something that will cost their lives, during the time on the van the small particles of blood that the infected agent was coughing up managed to end up in two of the operative's mouths, although they didn't pay attention to that at first they now knew they were also infected with this pathogen. The first infected agent woke up and started screaming with an aggressive look on his face, he was bleeding out of his bloodshot eyes and nose while coughing up blood trying to spread this pathogen, the agent tried to fight back with their guns however, the symptoms of SCP-016 have also started to manifest on them. It was too late for them as after 4 hours of the first transformation all of the Serpent's hands operatives turned into inhumane mutants with anomalous properties such as long extended arms with claws, sharp and long bloody teeth that perhaps work to spread to infection and more. It only took 12 hours after the first transformation for half of the population of the town which is to be estimated to be around 750 to become infected with SCP-016 causing a massive outbreak. At the time on Site-19, there was no Site Administration present apart from Site-65's Site Advisor Jester Crane. When sat in his personal office he received a phone call that was supposed to go directly to Site-19's Site Director who at the time was not present on-site, when he picked up the phone it was a secure line from outside of the foundation; the person calling was MTF Nu-7 Field Agent "Kevin" whose task was to ensure that no information leak happened in the small town of Kalamo near Site-19. When Jester picked up the phone the Agent sounded distressed and extremely scared for his life, he mentioned mutated human beings and diseases on the phone saying that people are killing each other, coughing up blood and are ongoing mutant transformations. Jester was shocked at this could have been caused by several anomalies that were in the possession of the foundation. On the other hand, though, he quickly hung up the phone and took this matter into his own hands. Without giving any heads up to the O5 Council, Jester organized a briefing with MTF Beta-7, E-11 and Nu-7 to work out a plan on how to contain and quarantine this disease. The plan was simple yet required maximum effort and focus in order to execute it right; the main goal was to terminate already existing mutants in order to properly prevent the spreading of this said "pathogen" only 1 subject was allowed to be kept alive for further examination. in order to perform this plan, Nu-7 Marksmen will locate themselves high in the mountains to gain a tactical advantage against the hostile creatures, while MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" were to directly engage in medium to close combat with the anomalies by ensuring the civilian's lives, the medics from MTF Beta-7 will escort and examine the civilians to see if they are infected with the said disease, if they are deemed to be infected then they are to be taken in care by the Foundation. MTF E-11 Biohazards unit will start collecting samples to find out if the anomaly that caused this incident is part of the Foundation. Although it sounded like a simple plan it was way harder than expected. To ensure full quarantine of the town, the MTF Units were equipped with heavy weapons, to top that of they were allowed to use tanks and armoured vans in order to fully surround the town. at least one personnel is to stay in the tank at all times to prevent a horde of mutants. During the first 10 minutes of the operation, Beta-7 managed to locate the bag of the Serpent's hand agent which confirmed that this outbreak was none other than SCP-016, at top of that this was the modified variant of it which was a lot more infectious and caused increased speed in symptoms and mutation development within the victims Beta-7 secured this petri dish and ensured that it will make its way back to the foundation safely. Hearing this Jester knew that he couldn't let the said SCP-016 variant now designated SCP-016-E go outside of this town as this variant could cause a potential end-of-the-world scenario which he himself know wasn't an option, even with his current actions he would be in trouble with the O5, however, if he were to allow this outbreak to spread to a global scenario it would initiate an end of the world scenario due to how infectious this variant of the pathogen already is. 1 Hour after all of the civilians were evacuated and examined, the bombardment of the town began by the orders of the Site Advisor Jester, he ordered to make sure that all mutants were destroyed in the bombardment as they have already secured one of the mutants for themselves. the bombardment and immediate termination of the infected subjects lasted for about 30 minutes when then the bodies were ordered to be burned to a crisp to avoid any further incidents. Jesters' last orders were as follows, firstly he wanted to take a sample of the current alive mutant and put it in a secure containment to get it tested on, he then wanted the mutant to be killed and burned. Lastly, Jester Summoned MTF Gamma-5 agents who were experts when it came to information leaks to amnesticate Kalamo's citizens to avoid further information leaks. MTF Beta-7 Field Agents were placed in the town of Kalamo for a duration of 2 months to ensure that the pathogen didn't survive in the town. Meanwhile, on the way back to the foundation just when Site Advisor Jester was about to sit down in his dark office to write an incident report for the Overseers, he was shot with a tranquillizer dart fired by the MTF Alpha-1 Commander who then extracted Jester to the Overseers headquarters for an interview.
