On the topic of RP, I think I could expand research RP into other departments and factions such as joint projects with the medical department. Alongside the previously mentioned I also already have some potential changes in mind for the department that I could bring into reality as a director of research."
Elaborating on this more would make it easier for those selecting you to come to a decision in your favour. What projects do you have in store for Research?
How are you also going to make the new player experience better? Decal by Eidolon gave Research quite the boost for some time as it put things in game and more accessible, rather than a google doc simulator.
I won't be leaving a +/- Support as I currently do not play on SCP and as such have no current experience with you there.

There's currently 2 projects I am leading, both of which are very RP focused, 1 of them can be found on the lore page but for the sake of convenience I'll go ahead and explain them both below.
Project Exo Nexus:
This project was issued by Site Director Pennington. The whole purpose of this project is for the research department to research, create and enhance cybernetics for the site director as the one's he currently has are not great aesthetically and functionally, therefore the research department will be creating these alongside the E&TS department and are allowed to do this however they would like with some guidance from myself if needed.
Project Anchorpoint:
I made this project myself and I am leading it myself as well. This project has a few main aims being the following, figure out exactly how SCP-22415 instances are able to prevent the helper's dimension to collapse, find a way to replicate said effect and finally to generally gain and document more information on SCP-22415 as that is very lacking at the moment. This will be done by interviewing SCP-22415 instances, working with Dimensional Cartographers, run various tests on the Helper's dimension and SCP-22415 and of course any other way researchers deem fit.
Project Anchorpoint is in the process of starting which will be finished within the next 2-3 days.
Project Exo Nexus is already being worked on but awaiting some GM assistance for a portion of it.
Documentation on these can be found both internally and externally!
- As for this, I'd like to at least get an internal documents for each SCP on site and potentially some event storyline SCPs.
- I'd like to introduce some Sub-Divisions for the research department so people can focus on the fields they love and get rewarded for it.
- I'd like for some non-mandatory meetings within the research department for all research personnel to be hosted from time to time so research leadership can hear the opinions and suggestions of researchers on the department.

To be honest Jimmy Swan your a good guy and i can see you doing well in research because what i have seen you have done recently but that is also kind of a bad point because you have held Executive researcher for quite a while now to my knowledge but i have only seen you doing good work now suspectedly only after you made this application so due to this i am leaving a Neutral Support +/-

I don't believe you are the best candidate for Director of Research
I have been doing the same stuff I have always been doing, I started project Exo Nexus far before the creation of this application and got the idea for my second project as well before writing this. I also engaged in numerous interdepartmental RP situations with primarily Ethics and medical faaaar before applying.
