Mostly i can bring Roleplaying skill due to Group, since i believe that my time as a Game Master has managed to improve my skills in Roleplay, but also due to me having Combat Skills, and in general a Strong Grasp on the SCP lore.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Personally speaking, ive always enjoyed the Idea of an GOC, being a Mirror to the Foundation, and how a More Morally Questionable Group would act in some Situations. , but also due to the Possible RP possabilites this group could cause during standard interaction.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
although begging as a Intiative during the World Wars, The GOC was Created by The United Nations, to Protect Humanity from all Anomalous Threats, although due the Idea that one Singular Nations wouldnt be capable of Controlling this Group, Theyve Decided to Incorporate in into the UN, this Group would conssist of Multiple Paranormal Groups, not Limited to: The Knights Templar. Illuminati, And the Church of Satan.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
The Physics Divsion:
In geneneral The Physics Divsion, is the Main Fighting Force of the Global Occult Coalition, being a stand in for the UN Peace Units, Usually being on the Field, They're tasked with Possible Observation / Tracking / And Capture of Said Anomalous Threats (or better known as ET's) This Division Conssist of Two Main Sub-Divisions conssisting of Multiple Strike Teams and Analysis Teams.
Each Having their Own Specific Goal, Analysis Teams Being required to Observe / Analysis the Possible Threat of the Anomalous Object, and Strike Teams, Their Goal being Capture / Destruction of Anomalous Entites
The Psyche Divison:
Being the Main Representatives of the Global Occult Coalition, This Divison deals With Diplomatic Matters,either Keeping a friendly Relations with other Members of the Anomalous Community, Or Tracking of Anomalous threats in History, Archeology, and searching for Parathreats. Conssisting of Trained Observation Officers (Or better known as Special Observers) and Ambassadors they're main Goal is The Peace between Humanity and Occult Powers
The Ptolemy Division:
Being a Assisting Branch, the Ptolemy Divison is tasked with assistance of the Other two Branches, making sure that in Organization Matters / Operations run Smoothly, They deal with the Daily situations, that can Conssist of Weapon / Equipment Distribution, to Food Storage between Facilites,
or Possible Reaserch Into New Technology, or Equipment, Dividing Funds Viewed as Necessary.

What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
In general, i feel like the GOC differs from other GOI's due to their Goals and Morals, Although Yes, They have a Similiar Goals to the Foundation, and have Been Portrayed in a Bad Light due to them Destroying Anomalous Objects,
They've done this if Neccessary, although the Group has been Portrayed as having Lowly Trained Members (Cough cough Chair), in Some situations, their Main goal is the Wide Protection of the World, by any Means Necessary, in their Eyes, if the Object has the Possibility to cause Major Threats to Life Itself, it might have to be Destroyed,
although, in some Situations, theyve been noted to do Sucesfully Cover Up Anomalous Entites, still They've fucked up Before, not Making them Perfect.
