Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have received some warns in the past, although all of them are expired. I have also received 1 ban, but I believe I learned from all of my mistakes, and I promise not to make them again.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:I am applying for Executive Researcher because I wish to have a larger part in the department that I love. I enjoy performing tests a lot, and with the promotion to executive researcher, I would be able to do more interesting and dangerous tests. I believe that I would also be great in helping other researchers. I also enjoy helping them, as I have helped many new researchers in the past few weeks and I loved every second of it.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:I am a very creative person, which would benefit the department by a lot. Also my experience as a Sr. Researcher would help the department by a lot too. As I have stated before, I enjoy helping other researchers a lot, and when I enjoy doing something, I put my all into it. I believe I have shown and proved myself to be a good member of the research department. I have also performed multiple very complicated and interesting tests. My best one that i have performed is in my opinion SCP-914 and SCP-049-2 cross test.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:As of now I have only written 3 excellent documents, although I am working on multiple other documents that I believe have the potential to get an excellent. What you need in order to make an excellent document is performing a very interesting and creative test, for example cross tests are the best way to do that. You also atleast need to follow the basic format and that is an aim, method, findings and a conclusion. In order to make the document better you also need an index, hypothesis, personnel, equipment and the most important thing is - pictures. In order to actually have proof of an experiment happening you need pictures of the actual test happening.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:An executive researcher has many responsibilities. They must act very professional and act as a role model for other researchers. They also help other researchers with things like documenting or assisting in their test. Executives also need to help new researchers and teach them how to be a great researcher. They need to perform lectures for other researchers to attend and learn from them. Executives can also authorize tests for other researchers (nnless the test needs approval from Ethics or the DoR). They also get clearance four responsibilities, which means they might have to escort lower level personnel to higher level areas, closing blast doors when necesarry, etc. They should also overseer tests to ensure it is in line with research policies. If another researcher violates a research policy, an Executive should also ensure the correct punishment.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:Joe Toe was born in XX/XX/1937 in New York, USA. He came from an upper class family, his father was a general in WW2 and his mother was a physicist. Ever since Joe Toe was young he was fascinated by science. He was a very smart person, ever since he was born. He even skipped middle school and went straight to high school. He finished high school, and went to the columbia university in New York. He majored in physics and became a scientist. In 1965 he got drafted to vietnam. He quickly climbed through the ranks due to his exceptional thinking skills and military mind, although his father had to pull some strings. He became a general in 1971. His time as a general was very succesful, except for one moment. In 1972 he and his forces got caught in an ambush. Almost all of his forces died. Joe Toe almost died too, barely escaping with 2 bullets in his leg. After that incident Joe Toe got honourably discharged and decided to teach physics again. He managed to get a job as a teacher in Caltech, a university in California. He found himself a lovely wife which he married, her name was Elizabeth Toe. They had a daughter in 1981 and a son in 1990. His daughter moved out at 18 and he never heard from her since. One day in 2006 he came back home from work. He entered his house and found a strange skeleton inside of his house. That skeleton murdered his wife, and once Joe Toe saw it he tried to fight the skeleton. The skeleton turned out to be SCP-8854. Joe Toe almost died, but he managed to get away, although SCP-8854 tore his left eye out. He locked the SCP inside of his house and decided to burn it down. What he forgot tho, was that his 16 year old son was still inside of the house. He passed out almost immediately after and he suddenly woke up in a strange site. He got told everything that happened and was offered a job as a scientist. Joe Toe agreed since he already lost everything. In 2022 he got transferred to Site-65 where he is to this day.
