What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I am quite good at combat, and I have never been arrested by internal affairs, so I am not a liability to the UNGOC for not following protocol. I am also E-11 so I say that I have decent experience with combat with SCP's and Players. With that being said I also try my hardest to be active. Finally I have great knowledge on anomalies and chemical compounds, other than these in character things I can also bring more activity for the UN late in the day.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
One singular reason, not a very good one I'll admit. But the reason is simple in character, I escaped as a Class-D by sneaking by foundation personnel with that I went straight for any shape of civilisation, the first I saw was pinewood and right beside Pinewood was a UN base. I asked somebody to contact the UN for me so that I could tell them what happened to me. However I was taken into their chemistry or experimentation room and was questioned by a UN scientist. I thought I was going to get terminated so I tried to better off the UN by making multiple liters of Potent Duloxatine that I saw a reseracher previously making. With that they honourably made me a "Member" of the UN. With that I wanted to join the UNGOC and from that experience it inspired me to want to join the UN and with that I made this application. And I get that all of this reason was because of a scenario happening in character, but that really is the primary reason I want to join the UN.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The UNGOC was founded to ensure the safety of humanity against "Parathreats" these "Parathreats" were so large a threat to the eyes of the UN that they made an organisation to combat the threat,knowledge, and dangers caused by "Parathreats." And with that a Council of 108 was formed to make decisions for the UNGOC.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, aznd PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
Physics: The Physics division specialises in the oversight,investigation, and the neutralisation of "Parathreats."
Psyche: The Pysche division specialises in diplomacy primarily with the occult societies/powers and to maintain peaceful relations between said powers.
Ptolemy: The Ptolemy division is more of a support division rather than a independent division with its own goals, this division primarily assists the Pysche and Physics division with their line of work but can occassionally be tasked with other subjects as they also specialise into logistics and research and development.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
First Mission Survival: This mission is to ensure the survival of humanity from "Parathreats" and other anomalous threats, this mission out ranks all other missions.
Second Mission Concealment: This mission is to ensure that humanity does not have mass panic from the existance of "Parathreats" being exposed to the world to ensure the safety of humanity is reassured that no "Boogie Man" is under the bed at night.
Third Mission Protection: This mission is to ensure the complete safety of any human individuals from any organisations including the UN so that humanity can be protected from any outside "Parathreats."
Fourth Mission Destruction: This mission is to ensure that "Parathreats" can no longer be a risk to human life, they must be destroyed.
Fifth Mission Education: This mission is to expand the knowledge of "Parathreats" for later uses.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was a war sparked right around the same time as WWII. This Seventh Occult war was between the Allied Occult Initiative (Predecessor of the UNGOC) and the Thule Society and Ahnenerbe Obskurakorp (A Nazi Occult Power) in the end of this War this would lay the foundations of the UNGOC, and would have the collapse of the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorp. During the war however the Obskurakorp attempted to complete an occult ritual known as the "Rite of Soloman" but failed.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The UNGOC is a very simple but different group of interest in my eyes. First off it does something most other groups of interest do not even attempt to do other than the foundation with a hand full of anomalies, that being the termination of anomalies. Second off the UNGOC prides itself in making sure that humanity is not being harmed by the anomalies even if it is a very unusual chair they will destroy it with any reason they see fit. Third off they do not care of the anomalies themselves they see them as tools or threats their is no in between with the UNGOC, for example the Serpent's Hand prides itself with helping anomalies, or the Sarkic cults caring about their monstrous creations that they make, with the UNGOC they have no remorse with what they do to the anomalies and I always saw that as fascinating. The UNGOC are cold with their work not caring for the anomalies, similar to the older variant of the SCP foundation. At least now days the foundation ATTEMPTS to care for anomalies, or does not attempt to turn them primarily into weapons like the Chaos Insurgency.

Joeseph was a young child from southern bavaria born in the late 80's. Joeseph was a boy interested and facsinated with chemical experiments at a young age. So much so that he made a chemical compound known that most considered to be highly violatile also know as Plastic Explosives. This got the eyes of the government on him from his young brilliance and excellence. He would grow up normally after this incident and would not have any further issues until after graduating Munich International School. After that point he wanted to be apart of the German Intelligence Agency, with that he joined and became an operative for the organisation.
The German Intelligence Agency noted his excellence down due to his Dupuy’s Theoretical Lethality Index being extremely high in all cateogories except for high calibar automatic rifles, being only average in that cateogory. His intelligence would be much better compared to his former excellence being still the inventive child that created great devices that can come in handy in tight situations. When gaining information on something he supplied "Makeshift" Nitroglycerin to use against a small terror cell within ████████████ **DATA EXPLUNGED** this gained him medals for his valour against the small terror cell. However this terror cell was involved with a small organisation know as the Serpents Hand. This gained him the overlook of the UNGOC which was not on good terms with the organisation heavily affiliated with these "Parathreats." He was being overwatched by the UNGOC now for recruitment.
After a couple more years within the German Intelligence Agency he was recruited by the UNGOC and with this honour he accepted seeing it as a honour to be seeked out by the UN to join an organisation to counteract the monsters hidden beneath a layer of the world he never saw before and with that he would be trained (Which he passed) and join the UN fully allowing for him to see what lies underneath the shadows of the world and what the occult groups of the world were hiding from humanity. He was shocked himself since he was apart of a federal intelligence agency and had little to no contact with ANY occult groups only seeing one at ████████████ **DATA EXPLUNGED**and with that he would realise that he had much more to do for the world before he leaves it forever in the shadows of his past.

Joseph would graduate from Munich International School in 2006, with the experiences from that school he would learn English fluently, and small parts of Italian,French, and Czech. This would allow him to go into a career of Chemical Engineering, where he would get his graduate's degree from the Technical University of Munich in 2011 and would later join the Bundesnachrichtendienst in 2012 or the German federal intelligence agency. With that he would proceed to be in that career for over 10 years until 12/26/2021 when he proceeded to go temporarily insane killing most of his family members and one random person on the streets, he would be sentenced to death by the German Higher Administrative Court, and would be killed in 06/21/2022 and would be "layed" to rest in Katharinenfriedhof, Germany, his family never knew the true fate of their beloved 'Ludwig.'
