Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Along time ago when I first joined the server, I became a junior researcher and was amazed on how much roleplay there was to offer. I love making documents and trying to make them stand out from all the rest and im willing to do risky crosstests to better the research department. I also want to say that I love teaching junior researchers the way to proparly make a document and to perform ethical testing. The department of research has been one of my favourites and I believe that i could take a step further into the department. I also have research level 23 or 24 (cant remember which) and I've been playing biohazard researcher for quite a while now.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I believe I would make a great executive researcher because I love talking/teaching junior researchers and I can write documents that are very detailed, presented well, good rp etc. I’m quite a talkative person and love speaking to people and making friends. I've performed many cross tests in the inanimate object’s hall and almost all of them went smoothly and the documents made after the test were graded excellent. At time-to-time researchers would ask me to oversee their tests to see if there good or not and I would explain to them what they did right and wrong. Most of my documents have been graded excellent due to the amount of detail and rp I bring to it, in a SCP-096 and SCP-999 cross test I described everything that happened in the test and gave detailed aims, hypothesis, conclusion etc.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
In my history of being a researcher I have made 8 excellent graded documents which consist of SCP-035 the black liquid, SCP-099/SCP-500 crosstest, SCP-500/SCP-3078 crosstest, SCP-500/SCP-714 crosstest, SCP-096 blindfolding test, SCP-096/SCP-999 crosstest, SCP-500/SCP-513 crosstest. These were all graded excellent and were said to be very detailed and shows good examples of rp.
In order to have a excellent-graded document you need to have the following:
-Have little to no spelling/grammar mistakes
-Has to be atleast 4 pages long (must be detailed enough)
-Excellent graded documents have to be very detailed (aims, hypothesis, results, method etc)
-Not needed but makes it look alot better is adding pictures to your document as sometimes having a picture of the test in action can make it look alot better and pictures can sometimes tell whoever is reading the document what is going on in the time of the test.
-Also not needed but makes it alot better is adding things like index, lines, maker of the document, images, title(showing pictures of what SCP your testing on.
-In crosstests it is also very good to add a description of both SCPs as this will give the reader a good understanding on what both SCPs do.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-Executive researchers would be expected to host lectures to train the newer members of the research department (they could also train senior researchers and below).
-Reviewing documents would be a primary responsibilitie for a executive researcher and to grade them aswell making sure they know what grade to give them.
-Executive researchers have a clearance 4 keycard which they can use to perform tests on dangerous SCPs as they will hold the responseability of doing such a test.
-Executive researchers would be able to authorize minor cross tests such as safe X safe and safe X Euclid. Other cross test that does not have this will have to be authorized by DoR, site administration or site command.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Backstory
John was born in 1992, growing up he had a rough childhood with his dad never being proud of him and his mother who spent most of her time at work, John was 5 years old when he decided to not return home from school and stayed at school until 21:00 at night. Dr Fredrick (John's science teacher) noticed John who was sitting outside the science block in the pouring rain and walked up to him. Dr Fredrick said to John "what are still doing here john?" in which John replied, "I'm scared to go home my dad is a scary man". Dr Fredrick told him to come into his classroom as it was a lot warmer in there, Dr Fredrick gave John a packet of cheese and onion crisps while they chatted. Many moments had passed, and John had got into a heartfelt conversation about science. Dr Fredrick said that John was a gifted kid as his intelligence was much higher than the rest of the kids but John wasn’t the strongest and would get picked on due to his clumsiness, but Dr Fredrick saw something in John that he didn’t see in any other kid, he knew John had potential and for the next 15 years Dr Fredrick would meet at his class to talk about science and homework. One day, John went to Dr Fredrick's class as normal to realise that he wasn’t there, this confused John as he didn’t know what had happened to him until he looked at the door to show that Dr Fredrick had passed away due to brain cancer. John cried for days hoping it was just a lie, but it was true John fled his home taking the first name of Dr Fredrick as his second, his name was now John Louis.
Interview for the SCP foundation
John Louis had got a job as a chemist in a lab and would spend his day making drugs for the ill and he loved his job as he could speak to so many different people all around the world, chemist wasn’t an easy job though and John Louis would often be criticized for how clumsy he was while making them. John decided to leave as he was a sensitive kid and believed he could become something much more, John had recently become an alcoholic and went to his local bar for a drink, as he did John got a beer and left the bar feeling drained and tired. John could notice a man walking up to him wearing a black suit which was not ordinary for his hometown as where he lived was poor and many couldn’t afford what this man was wearing. The black suited man gave him a piece of paper and in a flash left without a trace. John didn’t think of it until he got home and looked further into it, turns out it was a job application for a mysterious site and without hesitation he signed it. One week has passed, John was waiting outside a parking lot waiting for a friend to go to a party with but out of nowhere John was taken by the same suited man, John was drugged and sent to the site. John woke up still confused until he remembered that the job interview was today, John looked around and saw a man with a white suit approaching him and said, “So you’re the junior researcher huh" John still half asleep said to him "A what?". John was still confused but another white suited man with a red card told John to follow him, the man explained to John that he was a executive researcher and was told to train John. The researcher futher explained that he was in a underground site where they kept there most dangerous beings inside, but John was confused and seeked more questions and asked the researcher "How much do i get paid for such a dangerous job?", the researcher replied saying that John would be paid 40 pounds an hour for his work. This surprised John and made him intrigued so John said "Really?, well okay then give me the job". The researcher told John that he had to under go a lecture to gather information and the rules of the site, John was willing and went to the lecture hall to begin.
John Louis on site
John louis was made a junior researcher and spent his time going to lectures to gather information on what he must do, he meets another junior researcher, and both become very good friends. They both decide to perform test and decided to do a cross test between two SCPs now this was risky and meant they had to be very careful, John was nervous and scared but his friend told him to calm down and do the test. John's friend briefed the D-class and security what to do and John credited them and explained the SCPs and what they did. The test began with the D-class entering the chamber and wearing SCP-178 and then went to another SCP chamber where the D-class picked up a candy from SCP-330 and John told the D-class what was happening in which the D-class explained in depth what was happening in which John got his document and started copying down what he said. Once the test was concluded both John and his friend went to PW and wrote the document, it was graded 'GOOD' now John's friend was happy, but John wanted more for himself and set off to write more documents learning from his mistakes to eventually get his first excellent graded document. John Louis put his code name as 'Clumsy' and went up the ranks of the research department and helped new researchers who had been in the same experience of John when he first started. John Louis was ready to host his first lecture, he guided the junior researchers to the lecture hall and gave them a teaching on what the rules were and how to test in a well peformed mannner. Once it was over he went to his office and looked at his old document of the SCP-178/SCP-330 crosstest, John had shed a tear which fell down his cheek as he put the document back into his draw and began to write a document for a upcoming experiment putting the name of the writer as John 'Clumsy' Louis.
