For how long have you played on CG SCP: 1d 6H 57M at the time of writing this

Age: 15

In what country are you located?: Netherlands

Time zone: CET

Character name(s):John dik

Civilian name: John lick

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK

Do you have a mic?:Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: none

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: none

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
i love doing research its just one of the most fun experiences on the server in my opinion. So thats deffenently the main reason but i also think if i could grade documents it would make the experience so much more fun

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
dedecation to research amount i play in a short time aswell as being a helpfull person wich are all quality's wich make me decently suitable for executive Researcher

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
none i havent documented anything yet. a excellent document should be unique and it should be in explicit detail as well as a nice and overseeable layout but it should also have meaning

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
as a executive Researcher you should strive to help lower clearances and esure their needs and inquiries are met aswell as making sure everything in the department is running well. These are approving research done by others if they meet all requirements allowing cross testing and grading the decuments/research studies done by other Researchers

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
In my storyline, evidence surfaces suggesting a hidden agenda or conspiracy within the Foundation itself. As an Executive Researcher, My character would become entangled in the investigation, trying to unravel the truth behind this secret. This storyline would involve covert operations, encounters with rival factions or rogue agents, and potentially confronting the organization's leaders. My character would play a pivotal role in maintaining order within the Foundation while uncovering the hidden layers of the organization's history.

No excellent documents (and apparently, no documents at all)
Very short answers
Little to no interactions
Character lore not as fleshed out as I would hope

Hi there John, I've given you a -support for the reasons listed above. It's great that you've taken an interest in the Research-aspect of the server, however you'll want to get some more experience before you become an executive researcher. Firstly, the fact that you apparently haven't written any documents of your tests hurts your chances a great deal. How would you know what to grade a document on if you haven't written any yourself? Before you apply for executive you'll want to get more experience as a Sr. Researcher when it comes to testing, documentation and interacting with the department. Then, when you're experienced as a Sr. Researcher and know what you're doing, then you apply for Executive Researcher.

I think it's great to see that you enjoy research (like we all Executives do, haha!), however you'll want to get more experience in the Research Department before you apply for Executive. I still think it's great that you take the initiative like this, however currently you're trying to go a bit too fast. Take it a bit slower, learn how to document stuff and write good documents, and get to know the people in the Research Department. Then, if you do that, I think you'd make a great Executive.

Regards,
Exec. Researcher James Overscott

Hello John, I gave you this -support for multiple reasons:

- No documents at all
- Vague lore

-/+ No interactions

I would suggest you try to get some excellent documents and interact with the members of the department, either by hosting lectures or by helping others.
I believe if you complete all of these tasks, you would make a good executive researcher.

I'm sure you can eventually become an executive but a few things need sorting first.

You definitely need some excellent documents under your belt considering you'll be expected to grade documents for other researchers, and if you don't have any excellent documents at all then this can't really be done properly. You should read up on the grading guidelines to see how to create an excellent document, as your current answer doesn't suffice.

I'd also look at some previously accepted executive applications to see the standard needed to get accepted, as your current application os lacking. Make sure not to copy any of these applications or you'll just be denied.

Most importantly you should stay active within the research department & interact with other researchers on-site.

Best of luck.
