I got a bunch of warns and 1 ban. The warns are most becuase i first sometimes felt bored and wanted to just do some things that i saw youtubers do but now i have avoided any trouble. when it comes to the kick one i dont know since there is no reason given along with me not remebering it.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: im applying becuase ive seen alot of the times when im on people are asking or complaining that there arent any execs on along with people pushing me towards becoming one. people have also asked me sometimes to take a look at their documents for feed back along with helping new people get the berings of writing documets and doing tests
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: ive helped multiple poeple with writing and finishing their documents along with helping new people understand how to do/preform tests and how to get ideas for ones along with there bieng multiple times were highr ranking members of RSD asking me to help new people.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: i have written i think about 3 or 4 excellent document, one of the most important things about excelent grade documents is that of them bieng unique not just a copy paste of a diffrent one or just reworded they should only have small spelling mistakes or grammer ones that dont effect the meaning or understanding of the document.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Executives carry significant responsibility within RP, beginning with their role as creators and facilitators of roleplay. They are expected to initiate and encourage RP activities, whether through spontaneous short events in collaboration with GMs or by organizing longer-term research projects for Senior Researchers and lower ranks.A key part of their role is onboarding new members of the department. Executives should guide Junior Researchers through their first few experiences, ideally accompanying them during their first two tests. During this time, they provide constructive feedback on document writing, help refine creativity, and suggest ways to improve overall performance. Executives are also responsible for reviewing and grading all submitted documents. This includes offering detailed feedback to help members improve, as well as recognizing high-quality work by awarding appropriate rewards for excellent submissions.
