Why are you applying for Security Captain?: The Main reason and most blunt reason I am applying for Security Captain Is due to the fact during most times I am on site the state of the gensec command chain and order is in shambles with cadets causing major issues, wandering around lost and security guards and such playing around which is a massive blow to the departments strength and concentration especially during a riot or facility attack, I am hoping to bring some order to the department during these periods of unrest in the D-block and across the site.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?: I am suitable for Security Captain due to my experiance being a squad leader and colonel in many MilSim Groups and such on DayZ and have leadership skills and an assertive lead on situations such as ambushes and sweeps on areas for targets along with a keen eye for potential in others. Due to this and my many operations I have done with my past squads I am qualified for this role.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?: The Security Captian is one of the main binding elements in the Security Department. Being the voice of reason and order keeping the chain of command in check and making sure D-class are kept complaint, Non combatives are safe and all hostiles have been eliminated when present. The security captain Is also the bridge between the Security department and the Mobile Task Forces during moments of crisis helping co-ordinate between security members and Task Force operatives and keeping a tight lid on the department.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in: John Nolan applied for the position of Security Captain after being approached by another security captain with a formal invitation to the Head Hunters sub division due to showing potentail when directing his own Dblock Sweep when no other command force was present. Certain storylines John Nolan would be involved in would unique and fierce such as a mass site blackout and multiple hostiles present, co-ordinating his department members into squads with squad leader officers to lock down High Priority areas with Mobile Task force Members and keeping the D-class locked in, many other scenarios although more mundane than something as dramatic as this are just as important such as leading riot and target sweepage and control, Exercises to keep the Security members sharp and observing the Cadets and Security guards for future potential reliants during moments of crisis.

While I understand what you were cooking and going for here, the app is short and unformatted. You didn't really try to put your own spin like coloring etc.

The bio question was a bit misunderstood, the lore you provided is IC accomplishments as of *now*, which isn't exactly what we were looking for. We want to hear the backstory and lore you created for your character, and the fantasy of that character. IC accomplishments should go into:

I also have not seen you at all, I don't even see you currently in the Headhunters channel in the discord, and let me tell you that I grind this server like a second job. If I did see you, you weren't remarkable or stood out particularly to me, which is bad. I encourage talking to Captains and other people; from junior CL4 to senior CL4 to MTF and gaining that experience and notoriety across the server so we know what kind of person you truly are and have experience with you. You also have *one single post* on the forums.

Additionally, the SteamID should be copied from the in-game scoreboard (not X64), while we can extract it from your steam profile link, the link can change, SteamIDs do not.

You do not have experience with MTF, CI, or any whitelists, I'm not even sure about your licenses (HWL/RRT/Medical etc.) because of this. Your reasoning to being suitable for the position is referencing experience in other games, and that is fully fine, after all despite being more janky, CN SCPRP kinda is like a milsim at times. The problem is that most of us have not seen that experience applied in-game at all.

- and gsd is not a squad it's a dpt and sometimes you have to lead around 15/20 people around and not 4/6 like a squad.

What we want to know are your actual skills that would fit the job of a captain. Saying you have leadership skills is a bit vague, and if you really did, we would've noticed you.
- For "What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?", it's vague and missing a lot of information. Our role bears more responsibilities and duties.
- For "Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in", we want backstory about your character, where he comes from, some lore, his story before the foundation for example. These vague "achievements" are irrelevant for this section.
- You've also mentionned being invited in the HeadHunters sub division, but you've been kicked from it for inactivity.
