What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I'm the best candidate for OSA as I have a grand amount of experience on the server and have observed and took note of OSA's duties. It always interested me, the idea of being an Assistant but now I want to step up in the RP community and use the Overseer Assistant role as a way to truly show my RP potential and capabilities if I already haven't done so enough. My previous Jr CL4 positions give me a past of leadership experience which I could most definitely put to use in the position of OSA not to mention the hours I am able to put into the position.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of OSA include being the Overseer Councils little brother to the big brother. They watch Site-65 for the council and report back any relevant and useful information, performing these duties hand and hand with Alpha-1 however, the OSA's perform these duties Non-combatively compared to Alpha-1. Should any problems arise OSA ensures they're dealt with in a quick, timely and usually secretive matter. They also ensure breaches are dealt with before becoming a Council problem, authorising Advanced Armoury when deemed fit. They also execute the Councils orders, ensuring the councils orders are executed as requested.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I am looking become an OSA to deep dive into the administrative side of Site-65 with my CL4 experience I know I'm worthy of it. During my time on the server, I’ve had the chance to get my hands on a decent idea of the OSA's general standard, duties. However, I have not yet experienced how the Council operates on Site-65, and I’m genuinely excited to hopefully explore that layer of leadership.

Now, I say I'm worthy of it and I'm sure you wonder what makes me worthy, well, during my time in ISD I have dealt with numerous out of the ordinary situations. Some of the more outstanding ones include the termination of a few GSD members for having a stockpile of crimes. We required the involvement of a few CL5 members of the foundation to approve their deaths by firing squad. I also have dealt with cases that have developed into tribunals. Of which include a Sr. Researcher escaping to surface and attempting communication with CI. They were returned and charged with High Treason before being PK'd. As well as handling a few F3 operations during my time in IA working with A-1 every now and again. Not to mention my ability to bond and fix broken relations with RSD and GSD working alongside my Commissioner to fix the broken relations, creating numerous high standard documents to follow up with these. I'm no stranger to the document creating aspect of the server nor events which lead up to darker consequences. I like to see myself as someone who follows the FLC and Ethics commands as it's my job but my character has a more dark undertone and has been involved in a few "Interesting" and "Strange" situations which would make him more suitable to follow the pursuit of OSA and hopefully, eventually O5.

Furthermore, I would like to apply my skill set in a new environment. My role is primarily focused on the lawful and ethical side of the server, and I’m looking forward to being able to experience the Overseers side of RP. I’m excited to actually be able to deliver on deeper levels and to reach new levels in my presence on the site.

My current ISD position doesn’t offer the same level of access or power across the site as an OSA would. I believe this role would allow me to create engaging, enjoyable and immersive RP opportunities and enhance the experience for others on the server. My hope is to help make the site more dynamic for everyone involved.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Background Summary

Jordan Elias Archon’s history begins long before his association with the Foundation, in corridors far more public but no less dangerous. Born in the southern United States, little is known about Archon's early life prior to his enlistment at 18 into the U.S. Special Forces, specifically a classified subdivision identified only as CoBRA. For three years, he served in black operations that never made the news, conducting missions across Eastern Europe and Central Asia—each one sharpening the skillset that would later define him.

It was within CoBRA that Archon earned his reputation: tactically sound, cool under fire, and capable of adapting under extreme pressure. He earned commendations for exceptional marksmanship, urban infiltration, and hostage negotiation. His sidearm proficiency and familiarity with heavy ordnance would later form the foundation for a rare federal firearms clearance, approved by the U.S. government.

Following CoBRA, Archon transferred into the United States Secret Service, specifically within its Emergency Response Team (ERT). Despite the prestige, the work proved uninspiring for him—political theater layered over real threat mitigation. After two years, he filed a voluntary transfer request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was fast-tracked due to his prior record. He was embedded into the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) after passing the assessment with the second-highest score recorded that year.

What happened next would reshape his life.

Incident Report: Operation Painted Smile

In what was supposed to be a contained armed standoff in a hotel complex in Baltimore, Archon and his unit were deployed to neutralize a suspect described by witnesses as "a man in a melting comedy mask." The suspect had already executed several civilians before taking more hostage on the 11th floor.

Negotiations failed. Entry teams were deployed. The firefight was swift, but surreal. The assailant moved impossibly fast. Wounds inflicted on HRT members did not match any known ballistics. Of the twelve-man team, only three survived—including Archon, who was found unconscious with bullet wounds and chemical burns resembling acidic corrosion—though no such substance was recorded on any surveillance footage.

Unmarked SUVs arrived minutes later. Men in blackout gear retrieved the mask in what was described by hotel staff as a "containment coffin." Official channels had no record of their deployment. Archon, barely conscious, was stabilized and rushed to a secured trauma unit.

Transition: From the Known to the Unseen

During his recovery, Archon was visited by agents of the Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU)—an obscure sub-branch of the FBI that handled the kind of cases that didn't fit inside legal or scientific frameworks. Though skeptical at first, Archon accepted their offer and transitioned into the Mobile Occult and Other Threats (MOOT) sub-unit.

His first operation under the UIU was Operation Snowfall—a raid targeting what the Bureau suspected was an illegal private military facility codenamed "Site-65." Intelligence suggested human rights violations and unsanctioned weapons development. Archon led Beta-3, tasked with securing the Entrance Zone to allow follow-up squads (Alpha-5, Charlie-9, Echo-1, Sigma-8) to breach further into the compound.

The raid quickly unraveled. The "facility" they breached was no conventional black site—it was a containment installation, and the things inside were not human.

The team encountered anomalies that warped space, erased memories, and distorted time. Communications failed. Extraction orders never arrived. Some units panicked. Archon did not. He led the survivors into containment corridors and made the call to surrender after realizing the scope of what they had breached.

He and one other operative complied with protocols laid out by the Site-65 administration. Rather than face amnestic therapy and reassignment, both were offered integration into the Foundation.

Foundation Service Record

Archon was absorbed into the Internal Security Department (ISD) at Site-65. His blend of law enforcement acuity, psychological insight, and tactical experience made him invaluable. Over the course of two years, he rooted out multiple internal threats, prevented a Site-wide breach during a systems sabotage attempt, and co-authored revised ISD training protocols.

What surprised many was his demeanor—despite the hardened exterior and storied background, Archon was approachable. Kind. A mentor figure to junior security officers and a trusted ear for even senior researchers. His ability to adapt without losing his humanity was what earned him the attention of higher circles.

Current Status: Assistant to the Overseer Council — Site-65 Liaison

In mid-[REDACTED], Archon received a provisional clearance boost and was reassigned under direct order from O5-█. The reason for this boost is suspected to be due to his involvement in the tackling of Operation 'Hell on Earth' This operation was an operation from a rogue group of scientists that were in contact with the Chaos Insurgency. The operation is believed to have involved the releasing of Biological/Chemical disease known as SCP-███ "The Zombie Plague". The disease was planned to be released onto the surface of underground facility Site-12. Jordan opened a joint operation between Site-12s Personnel and tackled the rogue scientists as well as assisting DEA with the locating of the Chaos Insurgency Operatives through giving them a false green light. MCOM ██████ ██ ██████ was captured by the Department and interrogated. Since then SCP-███ has been moved to Site-65 and 'Elias' has been keeping a watchful eye. However. His new position placed him as an Assistant Liaison to the Overseer Council, embedded at Site-65. Proper Transfer has been made and he will remain there for the foreseeable future, ensuring the safety of Site-65.

His responsibilities are not publicly documented. What is known is that Archon now has Level 4 access clearance and frequently meets with personnel in departments ranging from Internal Security to Thaumiel Operations.

Whispers suggest he’s being prepared for something greater. Something beyond Site-65.

Personality Assessment

Psychological Profile: Stable, disciplined, assertive

Social Interactions: Charismatic, supportive, team-oriented

Operational Value: High-tier interrogation skills, tactical leadership, investigatory instincts

Flagged Traits: Unusually calm under anomalous duress. Possible resistance to memetic effects (pending analysis)

“He’s the kind of man who walks into a nightmare and takes notes instead of screaming.”
— Dr. Marcellus Eddings, Ex. Site-65 Director
