Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I'm applying for Site Advisor as I wish to step up in the ranks of the foundation and finally make a change site wide, being able to create RP situations on a much more larger scale compared to what I can do now. I also just love the idea of being able to have a presence in all departments as I love the RP every department can create and would love to assist even further. Furthermore, I just genuinely believe I'm one of the best candidates for this position already holding a position linked to watching the site, being Overseer Assistant. Although not like the job Site Administration does it still offers similar ways of RP creation and gives a bit of an experience boost.

I also just believe it's about time I step up as I know I'm destined for more on this server. I'd love the chance to be able to work my way through the ranks of Site Administration and hopefully one day become Site Director as I know I'd be more than capable of it.

I do currently enjoy my role as Commissioner but I believe that a role like Site Advisor is better fitted and would be more enjoyable for myself. I sat and thought about making this application for some time, hesitating, wondering if it was the right time to post or if I'd even be recognised but after some time I've finally decided that I should just go for it. So I did and I hope you can see the potential in myself.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

I'm suitable for Site Administration as I have experience dealing with Site-wide issues. In my position in ISD I work with both tackling and stopping any problems the site faces FLC wise but also repair relations that are ruined by malpractice or potential false arrests, being the Commissioner of the relations unit. Not to mention the years I have on the server giving me experience in every single department so I have an understanding of every single departments functions, needs, wants, responsibilities and duties of their Directors/Chiefs.

Saying that Site Administration pick the Directors/Chiefs of most departments excluding RSD and ISD understanding departments is a necessity when stepping up to a role like the one I wish to. The fact I understand the duties and what makes a good Director/Chief gives me a one up on any other applicant. I believe it would be silly not to elevate me saying that I have a lot of experience on the server and understand the task on hand better than anyone else just coming into the job.

I also would say that I excel in creativity in general and that can really help with RP creation. I have indulged in many player enhanced RP scenarios and enjoyed and developed from almost all of them, giving me new ideas and new understandings of what a exemplar example of RP is and how to build upon it.

I'd also describe myself as a very professional and reliable person putting both pride and effort into everything I do and every duty I perform. Should I step up to the rank of Site Advisor I could genuinely put my abilities in these departments to good use and help further build upon the already excelling Site Administration team.

I would also consider myself a generally friendly person that is willing to speak with and help anyone both in and out of RP. Someone like myself could really be a fresh coat of paint to Site Administarion which is an already positive team.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Background Summary

Jordan Archon’s history begins long before his association with the Foundation, in corridors far more public but no less dangerous. Born in the southern United States, little is known about Archon's early life prior to his enlistment at 18 into the U.S. Special Forces, specifically a classified subdivision identified only as CoBRA. For three years, he served in black operations that never made the news, conducting missions across Eastern Europe and Central Asia—each one sharpening the skillset that would later define him.

It was within CoBRA that Archon earned his reputation: tactically sound, cool under fire, and capable of adapting under extreme pressure. He earned commendations for exceptional marksmanship, urban infiltration, and hostage negotiation. His sidearm proficiency and familiarity with heavy ordnance would later form the foundation for a rare federal firearms clearance, approved by the U.S. government.

Following CoBRA, Archon transferred into the United States Secret Service, specifically within its Emergency Response Team (ERT). Despite the prestige, the work proved uninspiring for him—political theater layered over real threat mitigation. After two years, he filed a voluntary transfer request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was fast-tracked due to his prior record. He was embedded into the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) after passing the assessment with the second-highest score recorded that year.

What happened next would reshape his life.

Incident Report: Operation Painted Smile

In what was supposed to be a contained armed standoff in a hotel complex in Baltimore, Archon and his unit were deployed to neutralize a suspect described by witnesses as "a man in a melting comedy mask." The suspect had already executed several civilians before taking more hostage on the 11th floor.

Negotiations failed. Entry teams were deployed. The firefight was swift, but surreal. The assailant moved impossibly fast. Wounds inflicted on HRT members did not match any known ballistics. Of the twelve-man team, only three survived—including Archon, who was found unconscious with bullet wounds and chemical burns resembling acidic corrosion—though no such substance was recorded on any surveillance footage.

Unmarked SUVs arrived minutes later. Men in blackout gear retrieved the mask in what was described by hotel staff as a "containment coffin." Official channels had no record of their deployment. Archon, barely conscious, was stabilized and rushed to a secured trauma unit.

Transition: From the Known to the Unseen

During his recovery, Archon was visited by agents of the Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU)—an obscure sub-branch of the FBI that handled the kind of cases that didn't fit inside legal or scientific frameworks. Though skeptical at first, Archon accepted their offer and transitioned into the Mobile Occult and Other Threats (MOOT) sub-unit.

His first operation under the UIU was Operation Snowfall—a raid targeting what the Bureau suspected was an illegal private military facility codenamed "Site-65." Intelligence suggested human rights violations and unsanctioned weapons development. Archon led Beta-3, tasked with securing the Entrance Zone to allow follow-up squads (Alpha-5, Charlie-9, Echo-1, Sigma-8) to breach further into the compound.

The raid quickly unraveled. The "facility" they breached was no conventional black site—it was a containment installation, and the things inside were not human.

The team encountered anomalies that warped space, erased memories, and distorted time. Communications failed. Extraction orders never arrived. Some units panicked. Archon did not. He led the survivors into containment corridors and made the call to surrender after realizing the scope of what they had breached.

He and one other operative complied with protocols laid out by the Site-65 administration. Rather than face amnestic therapy and reassignment, both were offered integration into the Foundation.

Foundation Service Record

Archon was absorbed into the Internal Security Department (ISD) at Site-65. His blend of law enforcement acuity, psychological insight, and tactical experience made him invaluable. Over the course of two years, he rooted out multiple internal threats, prevented a Site-wide breach during a systems sabotage attempt, and co-authored revised ISD training protocols.

What surprised many was his demeanor—despite the hardened exterior and storied background, Archon was approachable. Kind. A mentor figure to junior security officers and a trusted ear for even senior researchers. His ability to adapt without losing his humanity was what earned him the attention of higher circles.

Current Status: Site Advisor

During his time in ISD Jordan always had a thing for being a leader, he was eager to step up to Director of ISD but he found a better opportunity, Site Administration. Jordan sat eagerly around the Site Director, telling him stories of his time in ISD, war and the UIU. The Site Director never really seemed to care too much but one day the Chaos Insurgency raided the foundation with one goal. Grab a Site Administrator, leave Site-65 in a pile of rubble. They made their way to Site-65's core Sector and eventually the offices of Site Administration, their numbers dwindling, their spirits high however they grabbed the Site Director and proposed an offer. They walk free with the Site Director and eventually they'll get him back.
Jordan was enraged. What he believed to be his friend was kidnapped. Jordan busted down the door with half of his department coming through the ceiling and the office door. Multiple MTF teams were furious by there actions yet followed after they heard the office door hit the ground. The teams ran through, got to the offices and were met by a pool of Insurgents bodies and Jordan hand shaking the Site Director.
In order to thank him the Site Director offered him an elevation in the facility, Site Administration. Jordan delighted with the opportunity took the application form, filled it out and was signed on the spot.

His responsibilities include the Management of his previous Department of Internal Security as well as being the head of Emergency Operations, being the character that takes over when all hell is let loose.
