For how long have you played on CG SCP:
I initially joined CG-SCPRP back when it released in 2021 - I found the gamemode very interesting and I spent perhaps a week consistently playing. Eventually, things such as school got in the way and I took a couple breaks, before eventually ceasing activity. However, fairly recently I joined back and since I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

(These are admittedly not particularly the best to reflect on - they were all thorough mistakes and since I've rejoined I have made efforts to ensure I don't break any more rules.)

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I've always preferred the roleplay-oriented side of this server. I obviously have no issues with occasionally swapping to Class-D and attempting to break-out but to be entirely honest I find it far easier to get lost into a genuine conversation with someone nearby - roleplaying specific events/personal scenarios that both sides are deeply invested in. It's one of those things where you can both honestly just sink your teeth into it and get lost into talking with each other. I'd be more than willing to create roleplay scenarios for people nearby - I also do my best to live up to the expectations of others no matter the circumstance; hopefully an aid in living up to the "assistant" role this whitelist requires you to put on.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee Assistants are genuinely just "an extra hand" to the Ethics Committee. They're responsible for ensuring all departments are in line in terms of their behaviour, their scientific research - as well as identifying, singling out and questioning people of interest. They are also required to maintain the secrecy of Site-65; ensuring information related to the facility is kept under strict regulation. The Ethics Committee also works closely alongside both O-1 and the ISD to ensure their tasks can be completed with upmost efficiency. They're also expected to handle CL4 tasks when nobody of clearance is available.
Why do you wish to become an Ethics Committee Assistant?:

To be entirely honest - I want to be "that person" you can always talk to when in need; no matter the ranking. Not only that - but I truly do wish to enhance my knowledge and understanding of roleplay. The Ethics Committee is a respected department by many - and the consistent activity and effort you need to put in while utilizing the whitelist will hopefully enhance both my experience and skill of both the whitelist and roleplay as a whole.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Ava Fernsby was originally located within Site-22. Initially - she had just graduated from Cambridge - a PHD in molecular & cellular biology. Due to just how high her academic performance was ranked - she was conscripted into the ranks of R&D under the guise of a "civilian research grant" and awarded the title of Junior Researcher.

During her first several months at Site-22, Ava demonstrated an unusual attentiveness not just to experimental results, but to procedure, conduct, and moral boundaries. While her peers focused primarily on outcomes, she became increasingly concerned with the treatment of personnel involved in testing - and just how poorly the justification for these were fabricated; always some variation of the fact it is out of necessity.

* Ava pulled the chair out from beneath the desk, hesitating for a moment before gesturing for the Sergeant to sit.

“Sorry—uh—please,” she added quickly, clearing her throat.

* The Sergeant remained standing; arms folded, watching her carefully.

“I’m not here to accuse you of anything,” Ava said, returning to her side of the table. She sat down; smoothing the front of her lab coat before retrieving a small notebook. Her pen hovered for a second before touching the page.*

“I just need clarification for the incident report. I wasn't given anything more than 'verbal non-compliance.'

* She glanced up briefly, then back down again, clearly choosing her words with care.

“I… I understand these situations can change quickly,” she continued. “I just need to make sure the record accurately reflects what happened. That’s all. I'll be under scrutiny from the executives otherwise.”

The room fell quiet, broken only by the soft click of her pen.
...
Several months later, Ava was summoned following an internal Ethics review that happened to have flagged her reports for consistent accuracy. She was informed that her attention to detail were of interest to the Ethics Committee. Without formal commendation, she was reassigned to Site-65 under probationary status as an Ethics Committee Assistant. The notice framed the transfer as an internal reassignment in line with Foundation operational needs.
