For how long have you played on CG SCP:
I initially found interest in the server back in 2021 + early 2022, briefly before school got into the way. I'm back now, and I'd say my playtime has stabilized to a fairly consistent degree.

Age:
17
In what country are you located?:
UK
Time zone:
BST
Character name(s)
Ava 'Iris' Fernsby
Leo Dixon
Mason Connors
Civilian name:
Dmitry Sokolov
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
UK
Do you have a mic?:
Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Ethics Committee Assistant
096
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
Honestly? I've been playing for a somewhat decent while now, and throughout my time I've tried my hardest to push myself. I believe pushing myself to higher objectives, such as into Site Administration is the next step towards contributing more meaningfully towards the RP environment. In my short yet extremely fruitful tenure as an Ethics Committee Assistant, I've seen what I can do and I further wish to expand upon it.
I wish to be in a position where I can more actively and consistently interact with departments, and to overall assist in driving narrative towards the site. I'm applying for the responsibility and the opportunity to improve the experience for others.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I focus heavily on character consistency, decently realistic decision-making, and creating situations where other players feel included rather than overshadowed. Whether through interdepartmental conflict, policy discussions, or high-pressure site incidents which require the guide of Site Administration, I aim to create RP that feels particularly impactful and collaborative. I always prioritise structure and server stability over ego or authority, understanding that Site Administration should support and *always* prioritise the health of the server.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
To name a few..
In the scenario containment teams are incapable of properly restabilizing rapidly degrading situations involving on-site anomalies, Site Administration may authorize Emergency Response Teams to enter the site, and try their hand at rapid domination over the on-site emergencies.
Should anomalies be roaming around certain zones, Site Administration may lockdown said zones, though it's imperative that this is not taken half-heartedly, as zones being on lockdown can seriously disrupt the experience for others who happen to want to interact with people within said zones.
Site Administration also happens to be responsible for the hiring and management of on-site departmental directors & MTF Commanders, should the position be free. This is excluding ISD.
Site Administration is also responsible for auditing departments that happen to be doing poorly; and as such making adjustments if necessary.
Site Administration is also responsible for being more or less a connection between departments, allowing for clear communication between departments.
Site Administration also happens to be able to authorize the Advanced Armoury, should an on-site C5 require it in order to assist in containment efforts.
Site Administration is also responsible for the management of on-site policies; ensuring they're as clear-cut as possible, have the appropriate enforcement and that there's no confusion.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Amalia Castaneda was raised in northern Spain, growing up in an environment that emphasised discipline, structure, and personal accountability. Before her recruitment into the Foundation, she built her career within high-level governmental administration and crisis management, specialising in operational coordination during national emergencies. Her ability to maintain composure under pressure and streamline fractured chains of command drew the Foundation’s attention, leading to her quiet integration into administrative oversight roles within several European facilities.
Castaneda is firm but measured - she believes authority should be exercised with clarity rather than force. Her leadership style prioritises communication and quick yet precise action during moments of crisis. She focuses on site-wide coordination, departmental accountability, focusing instead on site-wide coordination, departmental accountability, and maintaining clear operational alignment across all divisions during both routine operations and critical incidents.
Amalia Castaneda would operate as a quiet but constant presence within the site’s leadership, maintaining firm structural control behind the scenes. She would concentrate on refining communication between departments. Her involvement would naturally draw her into tense leadership discussions, policy reinterpretations, and moments where difficult executive decisions must be made for the sake of long-term stability. Through controlled, deliberate intervention and carefully measured authority, her character would cultivate narrative arcs centred on leadership pressure, and the balance between maintaining order and preserving trust within the facility’s administration structure.
this took an ungodly amount of time to make, though please, enjoy!!
