Why are you applying for Site Director?
- During my time as Advisor then Manager, simply seeing what massive changes could be done just by helping 1 department out makes my time on the server well spent, But its safe to say Site Administration now needs someone else to step up to the mantel since the former Director (Pennington) is now an O5 member, And personally i think im ready for that challenge.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
- With my time in Site Admin ive seen the good bad and ugly from the site, dealing with people neglecting their duties, helping struggling departments out, guilding the new generation of Site Advisors, and the list goes on. But about me personally, i dont think much has changed since my advisor application (Link)
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Interviewing and assigning CoS, Dea DPT Director, DoM, NU-7 and E-11 Commanders.
- Authorizing AA for MTF NCO+ if the breach needs it
- Being the Second point of Contact for GOIs (after DEA)
- Working along side DPT leaders to create Policy's or help them complete their main duty's
- Carry out the will of the O5
- Work on Site tribunals with ISD/Ethics
- Distributing Site staff to required areas
- Locking down parts of site for trainings
- Auditing Departments
- Second Point of contact for Site Staff
- Authorizing tests that dont require SC
- Organizing Site Admin to do their job
- Approving Site wide policies
- Distributing Funds/Reinbursing people
- Being the middle man between Wider Site Admin and Command
- Starting votes regarding DPT heads/Commanders
- Promoting with in Site Admin
- ERT Calls
- Assinging Rotations for Managers/Advisors
- External Doc monitoring
- Mass term, Code Blacks and QRF (Stuff to fix Code Situations)
