Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for Security Captain once again because during my time as a captain previously, I didn't really have time to balance it out with being an O-1 LT. This time however, I will have enough time to spend on captain as I'm only a Nu-7 PVT. I enjoy helping out other GenSec with whatever they need such as how different aspects of GenSec work like escorting and the CoE as it is the Dpt. most players start with if not all. I'd like to give RRT SGTs and others the opportunity to lead sweeps when I see fit instead of being told what to do all the time and not being able to show signs of becoming a potential captain themselves and obviously help them improve if I can. I've also noticed that the Dpt. as a whole is not in the best state at the moment but it is improving, and I'd like to help with it any way I can, whether that be assisting chiefs or just general captain duties.

I think I am suitable for Security Captain because I have previous CL4 positions 2 of which needing good leadership skills for, this is a need for Security Captains. I am very patient and understanding when it comes to helping new GenSec or anything along those lines. I'm able to always uphold a professional manner while on-site and am able to keep my cool during frustrating situations like big D-class riots which I think most Captains and others would agree they can get stressful.

The responsibilities of a Security Captain include hosting both RRT and HW licence try-outs, making sure GenSec have tasks and are not roaming mindlessly around dblock, making sure RRT SGTs are going on patrols and taking initiative with their RRT Officers, calling and conducting sweeps when they deem necessary and generally overseeing the entirety of GenSec.

At just 29 years old Kaz found their way into the Sciathán Fianóglach an Airm (ARW) after serving 6 years in the Irish Defence Force as a member of The 27th Infantry Batallion. They endured a gruelling 36 week long training course. Once finished they officially joined ARW as an assault team operator they underwent allot more trainings and missions once they had joined such as VIP protection, counter terrorism operations and so on. On the 21/7/██ they were deployed to Liberia on a mission to rescue 35 hostages which had been taken by gunmen from renegade Liberian forces acting on intelligence gathered a 10 man team of heavily armed rangers were deployed via helicopter into a small town nearby the renegades compound to avoid being spotted. While approaching the compound on foot split into 2 teams one of them was discovered by the renegades which lead to a shootout between them. The team that has not yet been discovered managed to enter the compound unnoticed all of the men on one team survived the shootout but they were seriously injured team 2 were to continue the mission and get the hostages out safely and exfil Kaz and James miller split off from the group to scout out the location of the hostages while the other 3 operators awaited orders. They located the hostages inside a shipping container broke it open and successfully got them out before the renegades got back. The next morning while they were on patrol with their Sergeant a group of heavily armed soldiers sorrounded both Kaz and Sergeant Michaél O’Callaghan Kaz was blindfolded and thrown into the back of a armoured vehicle while the Seargent was sprayed with some sort of gas and that was the last time anyone had ever seen Kaz
