Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
Yes, I have over 2 years worth of staff experience on other Gmod communities and also around 3 years worth of staff experience on Arma 3 RP communities.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Yes, I have over 5 years worth of serious RP experience both here on Gmod RP communities and also Arma 3 RP communities and recently GTA V RP communities. I much prefer a serious RP community due to the fun you can have within an RP session.

How many hours can you be on everyday?:
I work from home 4 days a week so at the moment around 8 hours each day.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I fell in love with this community since the day I joined, from the get go I could see this was a well managed and run community and I knew from the start I wanted to be apart of it. everyone here is very friendly and whenever I have had to call upon staff they are very helpful and professional, therefor I want to join the staff team to continue the great reputation they currently have and help the community. I also want to help the newer players so they can fall in love with this community like I have and not have a bad experience with some bad eggs that join the server.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I believe that with my experience I can make a positive impact in the staff team, I can not only help the server but also the staff team where I can give some of my experience to them, and help in anyway I can. I am also a very dedicated person and can give a lot of time and effort into the community, due to working form home 4 days a week I can give the server a lot of my time. also due to my age I am very mature and can carry on the professional reputation the staff team currently have.

I'm confortable in giving this application a +/- support, due to the fact stated below.
First of all, I want to congratulate your application for being organized, appealing to the reader as well as well-formatted, with this I want to advance to the second point. Your reasons to become a staff member are stated pretty well, however you didn't really developed your ideas, so I would say it's quite lacking.
I also want to add that I never met you before.
Either way, you have experience as staff and with serious RP which is totally appreciated.
Your playtime is quite low, however you haven't received any bans/kicks/warns which is fantastic.

In conclusion, I would say that an opportunity wouldn't hurt anybody, but my last advice for you is, get to know a little bit more about the community, join a regiment (which is one of the best ways to get to know how the server works as well as the people in it), or join a department. Try to experience different areas of the server.

- Unsure on maturity levels as I personally have had minimal interactions with you.
- Playtime is relatively low compared to what is expected of staff members considering the reputation that you should have within the server before applying.
- Personally unsure on activity levels as I have rarely seen you myself.
- Past staff experience is always good and would allow you to have a head start as such knowing some of the basic commands and duties of staff that is expected of you.

Overall I believe you should gather some more playtime within the server and SCP Community here before applying for staff.
