Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I am applying for DoISD because I believe I am ready for my next step in ISD. I believe as DoISD, I can assist in strengthening the department and relations to provide ISD with a better gameplay loop and to ensure people do not hate speaking with ISD as some do currently. My main goal as DoISD will be ensuring recruitment efforts are boosted and that newer individuals will be provided with sufficient training so that agents/operatives are confident in what they can do and to not feel as pressured in certain situations. As I am one of the leaders of the internal relations office, I also would make greater strides to make sure that other departments are cooperative with ISD, even if it is more Cross-Trainings or meetings to discuss departmental conduct and ideas.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I would be suitable for DOISD due to being quite active on site and always willing to help other members of ISD when possible. I have encouraged investigators to apply for inspector to make sure people are able to experience what it is like to be CL4, held meeting with departments about relations, assisted in new documents being made, and most members of the site know who I am and that I am able to spoken with easily if they have any issues or questions.
Although I am the newest commissioner, I have proven myself to be capable for the role of DoISD through my actions. I present myself as being approachable and friendly when ISD members need a chat, help them with their issues and go into greater depth if needed to make sure any question are fully answered and understood. Also, when applicable, I make efforts to ensure that Inspectors are approached more with such questions too so that they also get more RP and interactions. As well as that, I have completed multiple solo inspector interviews showing my independence and competence.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
Apart from being active and engaging with others, there are several responsibilities that a DoISD holds. Notably, ensuring that the FLC is enforced is the main responsibility and proving to others that you are capable when making arrests/detainments in a professional and swift manner, if a severe breach of the FLC then moving it forward to a tribunal when able to or an audit if several members of the same department are involved. - Working with both ISD offices to ensure they are doing well and they are active in their roles
- If a CL4 member of ISD has acted wrong that it is acted upon and warnings or demotions (if severe) are given and to discuss with them how to act better
- If any members of ISD or other departments come with ideas to discuss them and provide feedback, and if possible to employ the ideas if they better the department
- Making sure documents (Roster, handbook etc) are up to date and accurate
- During meetings with Inspector+ to ask how they are getting on, if they have any questions, if they are starting operations/pushing more the operations to be more active
- Lastly, to make sure that activity in the department as a whole is good, pushing for more recruitment/making sure people are getting promoted if they deserve it/encouraging investigators to apply for inspector etc...

Keith is a 68 year old commissioner based within site 65, his past includes being an ex-nu7 CPT which led to severe injuries forcing him to retire leading to his re-assignment to ISD.
During his time at ISD, he has quickly risen through the ranks and proven himself to be a capable and competent individual due to his past. However, before his time at the foundation, his memory is vague and he can’t seem to remember what he did apart from blurry memories of a military past
