• 1 warning for failrp in nov 1st 2022 at 1am - Unsure cant remember due to time difference.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:

• previous moderator positions along with an admin in mta and head-admin once in a fivem community.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:

• yes, i have got a great amount of experience from roleplaying on all different types of servers and communities on FiveM, Gmod, RedM, MTA(Multi theft auto), ragemp and Arma 3

How many hours can you be on everyday?:

• 5-6 depends on day on days off can be upwards to 8-9 hours

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:

• I want to become a staff member as I've been a part of the Gmod Community for a very long time now I've got over 6,000 hours in communities and know how exactly how they run how to moderate them and I've got a lot of experience to go with that. I strongly also believe to maintain fairness and equality across all members of the server. Along with my previous experience, I know how to work well as a team along with willing to help out anyone who is new. I'm also able to dedicate a significant amount of time depending on the day as it always comes down to whether i have work or not.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:

• I believe I'll be able to help the server because I'll be able to dedicate a lot of time to the server when I'm not doing anything else outside of the server along with my past experience I won't be new to the position so it won't be as hard to train me there's also the fact that I know how to be fair to every member even friends and donators, I know to enforce the Server rules fairly. What sets me apart from other applicants is I already know how to use logs and I also already know how to enforce server rules upon players from the experience I got from other communities as this won't be a first time thing for me.

• Mediocre application. Perhaps you could elaborate on the responsibilities you held whilst you were a staff member with other communities?
• I recommend getting involved in a department and climbing the ranks a bit so people get to know you better, often it is easy to get lost in the crowd
• I had the chance to cross paths with Keith today and it was a good experience, it was just a short roleplay interaction but allowed me to observe how Keith interacted with myself and others. Keith got another player involved in our roleplay scenario in a positive manner which was encouraging.
• Thank you for elaborating and answering my question Keith, in my eyes this context has strengthened your application.
• I still believe you would greatly benefit from taking a more dedicated role so you stand out from the crowd as others have pointed out. Having said that, often people either have the right mindset and interpersonal skills or they do not and often these characteristics reveal themselves in an individual quite quickly. Getting yourself positively involved in roleplay with some of the more senior personnel should help you build a good reputation and convince others to lend you a +support.

Admin on MTA: I mostly dealt with at that stage comp requests where a player car has bugged and disappear and weapons, reports on staff and players, second opinions on situations, hackers(aimbot/esp and scripters), character kill applications, faction disbanding and approval and spectating roleplay situations eg: breaking into cars/propertys(where i would see if the roleplay was sufficent enough to unlock the car/property so he can get in.), major robberys like banks, situations where people hide in places after closing if a employee would see them or not.

Head-Admin on FiveM: There were 3 of us, I dealt with staff applications, interviews, performance, reports on staff, activity. the others dealt other situations for example 1 was in charge of the roleplay situations, gangs, heists, vehicle crushing and engine upgrading and general overwatch of the server which required staff and the last one was in charge of Payments and chargebacks with the occasional staff reports.

Also im mostly active at nights and in the afternoons. along with I enjoy to play combat medic, IA and occasionally gensec but am trying to join O-1.

Your status amongst your fellow community members isn't at a standard that would be beneficial to the staff team, I would suggest becoming more active within the server and on discord. Get involved in game nights so people can get a chance to know you better.
