What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
Through my experience in MTF Omega-1, I have observed how other Ethics Committee Assistants operate. By studying their work, I have gained a deeper understanding of how I can apply my own skills to excel as an ECA.
I have learned how to contribute to projects, address recent ethical concerns, and document incidents effectively. Additionally, my time in ISD has taught me to distinguish between ethical and unethical testing.
I am ready to prove myself and commit my time as an ECA. Even thought i may not have Previous Cl4 Experience.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Creating roleplay on projects/documents
Organising Omega 1 If need to
Authorizing AA If Needed
Completing orders assigned by Ethics Committee
Enforcing the CoE and FLC around site
Creating roleplay for tribunals.
These are some of the responsibilities for the eca. There is a ton of more that an eca is to do
In Rp. An ECA Should Be following orders from the ethics committee on what to do in Roleplay Situations.

Name: James 'Kenraali'.
Age: 25
Height: 6'1
Weight: 68KG
Blood Type: A-
Service Time: 1 year.
James 'Kenraali' was a highly skilled young man from Finland who had recently graduated from a local university in his city. He had enjoyed his time there with friends, but after graduating, he began traveling extensively, visiting several countries in search of a place to escape his traumatic past.
Growing up, James struggled with drug addiction, using substances to numb himself from the harsh reality he faced. Being a student in the 90s had been difficult, but the uncertainty of life after graduation—finding a job, securing a home, and building a stable future—only added to his stress.
As he searched for work, his addiction proved to be a major obstacle, ruining his chances at several high-paying jobs. Frustrated with the path his life had taken, he sought out opportunities to break free from his addiction. It was a long, arduous journey, but eventually, he was able to regain control before completely destroying his future.
After returning to the United Kingdom to look for employment, James focused on finding a job related to his studies—preferably an office position. While scanning a newspaper for job listings, he came across an intriguing advertisement from an organization called "The Foundation," which was hiring for office-based roles.
Curious, he submitted an application. Weeks passed with no response until, finally, he received a simple yet cryptic message:
"Accepted. We will be in contact."
The lack of further details left him puzzled. However, over the following weeks, James began to notice something strange—a black van seemed to be following him wherever he went. At first, he thought it was a coincidence, but the vehicle continued to appear, fueling his growing unease.
One late night, while walking down a dark and deserted street, the same van suddenly pulled up in front of him. Several men in suits stepped out and ordered him to get inside. Panicked, he tried to run, but they quickly overpowered him.
“What the fuck is this? Why have I been taken?” he demanded, trying to suppress his fear.
Without answering, they gagged and blindfolded him. As the van sped away, he struggled against his restraints, shouting, “Who the fuck are you? And why am I here?” But no one responded.
After a long and silent drive, the vehicle finally stopped. When the blindfold was removed, James found himself inside Site-73. Following a lengthy interview, he was informed that he had been hired as an Ethics Committee Assistant.
At the time, the site had no stationed Ethics Committee members, and they urgently needed someone to fill the role. However, once the committee returned, James was reassigned to Site-65 in Canada.
Now with prior experience, he worked under three Ethics Committee members and the Chairman, alongside several other assistants. He quickly settled into his new position, organizing his workspace and adjusting to his responsibilities. For the first time in a long while, he felt a sense of stability. Finally, he was where he belonged.

On a bright morning at site-◼◼
Ethics Committee Assistant James 'Kenraali' is abruptly woken by a loud knock at his door.
Startled, he gets up and heads to the door to see what’s going on, mumbling to himself, “Who could possibly be here at this hour?” As he approaches, he notices a bright folder partially visible under the door.
Picking it up, he reads the label: "Ethics Committee Only. Classified." James mutters, “Why couldn’t they just show me this when I’m at the office? Oh well, I’ll just keep it with me and read it at work.”
Later that day, in the Ethics Committee Assistant’s office, James sits down and begins reading the folder’s contents. “Oh, reports from the latest tribunal? Let’s see,” he says to himself, flipping through the pages.
He reads aloud, “The defendant has been found guilty of the following:
- Murder: Level 2
- Misuse: Level 1
- Theft: Level 1.”
“Well, that’s good. No one’s above the law, and justice has been served,” James remarks.
Turning to the next page, something catches his eye. “Oh?” he says, noticing a report on FLC violations. His attention sharpens as he reads further. “A group of janitors has been caught attempting to unionize against the Foundation for better pay.”
James ponders the situation and comes up with an idea to present at the next meeting. He begins drafting a presentation, thinking aloud, “We’re in dire need of cracking down on FLC violations. Maybe I could convince the higher-ups to allocate more funding to the Internal Security Department. Their budget has been stretched thin this year.”
A week later, James’s turn comes up at the Ethics Committee meeting. He prints copies of his presentation and confidently delivers it to the assembled members. The chairman of the Ethics Committee thanks James for his well-thought-out proposal, and the room erupts in applause. James smiles and thanks everyone for their time and support.
The next day, on his way to the office, James bumps into a departmental manager from the Internal Security Department. The manager greets him warmly, “Hey, James! How have you been? The Internal Security Department could really use more funding—you know, our budget has taken some cutbacks this year.”
James replies, “I’m doing well, thank you! We’re currently working on something to address the funding issue. It’s essential to ensure the site remains a safe and secure workplace.”
The manager thanks James for the update and heads off, leaving James to continue to his office. As he walks, James feels a sense of pride in what he has accomplished and looks forward to making further contributions to the Foundation.
