What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe my experience from SA in leadership, policies, handling problems on-site, and managing relations with other departments makes me a good candidate. Many times, I have created events in the lecture hall for the entire site to come and participate in, ranging from memorials to bonus giveaways, I like seeing people gather together and participate in something as a community. I’m also very open toward people trying to interact with me, and I rarely decline roleplay opportunities if they are done properly and without breaking the rules.
I am also very active, as I am able to spend more than 6 hours on the server daily, and I have consistently done that for the past 3 months without losing motivation. I have also always had aspirations toward the Ethics Committee, there’s something unique about the role they play within the Foundation, balancing authority, oversight, and morality that always.

Their primary mission is to ensure that every operation from high stakes research to the containment of small anomalies, adheres to strict ethical protocols. Rather than acting as a simple roadblock, they serve as a necessary check on power, questioning whether personel's actions are truly justified or if they have crossed into unnecessary cruelty.

ECAs frequently serve as a bridge between site personnel and the Ethics Committee. They are expected to remain approachable and professional while bringing ongoing concerns, disputes, or policy issues to the Committee’s attention.
The Assistants
ECAs work directly alongside Ethics Members by handling smaller responsibilities on the Committee’s behalf. This may include organising discussions, gathering information, taking notes during meetings, or assisting with various administrative tasks.
Investigations & Oversight
ECAs may investigate reports of misconduct, unethical behavior, abuse of authority, or potential FLC violations within departments. They are expected to observe personnel conduct, assist with audits, and report important findings to the Ethics Committee.
Foundation Legal Codex
ECAs are required to have a strong understanding of the FLC and ensure its being enforced appropriately. This includes answering questions regarding the FLC and intervening when violations or potential breaches occur.
