Why are you applying for Special Agent?
- Ive aways liked the DEA play stly and is my favourite job. I liked training all the new people that came into DEA when i was manager. See them sometimes not getting trained and i would love to help with that. I belive i have the compitance to help DEA improve as a department as i have alot of experiance in the role the DEA does daily. And i want to take my role furth in the department to help out where needed and support newer agents who dont have much experiance.
- I have a lot more experience than most of the DEA. Since I used to be a CI-G and an agency manager. Along with playing a lot of normal DEA. Ive have the knowledge and confidance to help out the new agent get comfitable in there roles as DEA and answering all their questions. i also liked training new people for DEA meaning im willing to do more trainings/ tryouts without being told to do them. When ever CI try and open comms im often the one dealing with them meaning i would be great at teaching agents how to handel trade deals. Im also quite suitable to lead other agent on surface or during raids be able to communicate well with them.
- I have written quite a few documents in the past for both DEA and CI. I have written about 3 for ci and 8-9 for DEA. A good document should always be labelled suitably, neat and shouldn't just be lines of paragraphs with no headers. And it should contain all information needed or at least tell you where to find it.
- To host trainings/ tryouts
- Teach new agents
- Be a line of communication for higher and lower ups
- Answer comms
- lead agents in the department
- And to try and give a good experience to people in the department
