Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

I have inserted an image of my current kicks/bans/warnings below.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
-
Given I have garnered some experience in a leadership role in RSD, I would like to have a bigger input on all the various departments site-wide and help people in a bigger way, through a role like this, I feel like it would be one of the best ways I can. I also have had a very pleasant experience with the entirety of the SA team, and I would love to be a bigger part of their team, and understand how site administration functions.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
-
I believe that I have gathered a lot of good experience through the various CL4 roles I have been on throughout my time on the server, especially with my time as Director of Research, which has given me extremely important insight into management and working with a team. I believe that I have a fairly social and open-to-discussion demeanour, and I always try to be aid people as much as I can the best I can, when I can. I am also aware that I do often make slip-ups, and I have always been open to feedback because of this, although I have stated this before, this fact will not change, as I believe it is important, especially in a role like this, to be open to feedback and criticism.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
-
There are a variety of responsibilities that Site Administration are responsible for, for example:
Reviewing applications: As site administration, I would be responsible for reviewing the applications for roles like departmental leadership, discussing with the administrative team on whether or not the individual is a good fit for the role, and if they are, helping to arrange the following interview for the role.
Department management: As a site advisor, I would most likely be a liaison to a specific department, and I would be responsible for listening to any feedback or concerns they may have, which can then be filtered back to the other administrative team. This duty also would involve ensuring that the members of staff in the respective department I have been assigned to are behaving correctly, and if not, giving out appropriate punishments and reprimands.
Site policy discussion/reviewal/creation: As a main strong part of SA, I would be responsible with consoling with other members of Site Administration on site policies, and whether changes need to be made to them, or if completely NEW policies need to be brought in. If these policy changes involve a certain department, they would be done in correlation to discussion with the relevant departmental leaders.
Deployment of foundation resources: Additionally, Site Administration have a handful of assets I would be allowed to utilise in the event of a large-scale breach or other relevant catastrophe, that would require additionally aid. These two things MAINLY are Emergency Response Team, and Advanced Armory. Advanced Armory consists of nitro glycerine, tear gas, a couple of auger miniguns, as well as other high-power weaponry, to be solely used on anomalies during breaches, or specific tests, such as those utilising SCP-008. Emergency Response Team falls under a similar vein, although it is only typically deployed when a breach has spiraled out of control of normal security personnel and additional aid is requested. ERT are equipped with advanced weaponry and equipment, and possess much stronger armor and general durability.
In a non-combative vein however, Site Administration are responsible for handling budgeting for the various departments, providing bonuses and reimbursments where appropriate. They are also responsible for funding projects brought them involving external resources, such as when specific items need to be brought to site for tests, or if extra munitions or equipment are requested.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
