What is your side of the story?: During the 3-4 weeks that I've been a commissioner for, I believe I've put an acceptable amount of effort. I understand that the ISD department is currently suffering through a lot, however between 4 commissioners, me and one other have been chosen for demotion, and in my opinion neither of us has created "reasonable" effort to *not* be worth demotion. Me being specifically chosen makes it unfair, especially as I've not even been given any prior warnings or strikes.
While I do admit that coming up with RP and operation ideas is pretty hard, I've still made (imo) reasonable effort, this includes Operation Feedback, the operation board that can be found in the agent/operative office room, a not-yet-launched operation-ish idea with medical, even managing the roster, terminal site, and policy (e.g. reorganised the disguise list with another commissioner) and keeping them up-to-date, and I've also been decently active both OOC and in-game, not just assisting agents/operatives (which I've almost never denied anyone asking for help even whenever I was literally exhausted or busy-ish with something else), but I've also partaken and attempted to create minor RP scenarios every now and then. Again, I admit that generating RP ideas is not an easy task for me, but I've always tried to find ideas and I've been also very close to opening a new operation up (not the medical one btw).
Adding to the screenshot, I'm also unsure why Broda specifically mentioned the senior operations forum.
EDIT: One other small and slightly irrelevant point to make is that I've (carelessly) paid 50k (out of ~250k that I've had) for one of 3 posters used for the operation board idea, only to be replaced to text-only (my decision, as posters required artists, effort and money), meaning that 50k of my personal in-game money was essentially wasted.
TL;DR: What has all of the departmental effort (that I've brought up in this post) resulted in? Demotion. Again, for "Not doing enough effort" (as I perceive). And once again, no *prior* warning has been given to me.
