As an Executive Researcher, I helped improve the department through policy refinement, documentation standards, Research 2.0, and project management initiatives. As Site Advisor, I gained wider experience dealing with site-level issues, department oversight, and situations that required professionalism, neutrality, and clear judgement.
I have also worked closely with departments such as ISD, Medical, GSD, and MTF, which has helped me understand how conflicts and grey areas can form between branches. This is important for Ethics, where decisions need to be fair, justified, and not based on one department’s perspective.
I am also comfortable with tribunal-style processes, documentation, and accountability. I believe I can be approachable while still being firm when needed, and I would aim to support Ethics by helping maintain fairness, professionalism, and strong RP standards across the site.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee Assistants acts as representatives of the Ethics Committee. Their main responsibility is to support the Committee, uphold the Foundation Legal Codex, and ensure personnel are acting within proper ethical and legal standards.Assisting the Ethics Committee
ECAs assist Ethics Members directly, whether that be taking notes in meetings, gathering information, arranging discussions, or carrying out smaller tasks on behalf of the Committee.

Tribunals
