Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am applying for this position because I genuinely believe I can make a change within ISD and have the experience to do so. The current team within ISD are amazing to work with and playing the role has given me a new found appreciation for the department and their duties. It feels great helping out staff around the site, improving relations with departments and ensuring justice is delivered where needed. I am on stand-by and always ready to respond when people call for ISD, whether that be ISD leadership or other departments requesting assistance. This role will help me achieve the goal of improving the overall image of ISD and allow me to help more around Site-65! Outside of my goals and ambitions, I have a good understanding of the FLC and how ISD as a whole should operate. I want to see this department thrive and be the best it can be while also showing the site we're here to help and not cause issues.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
As mentioned above, I have a good understanding of the FLC, previous leadership experience and understand a majority of the charges when dealing with arrests. I am always there to assist ISD when requested and have shown I'm capable during my time within ISD. Furthermore, My time as Special Agent, Consultant and DoM has proven that I'm a capable leader and have experience with doing trainings, teaching those under me and overall representing the department in a good light. I can handle all situations and try my best to be understanding, kind, unbiased and strict when needed during arrests. Along with this, I try to play the mediator of sorts when dealing with most arrests. I will listen to both parties and hear each side of the story, gathering evidence from those around along with letting their superiors known if it's a major charge

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
THE ideal Internal Security Inspector would be someone who has a combination of knowledge, skills, professionalism and basic empathy. The reason I say this is because these four concepts are what you should learn and be taught as you progress through the ranks of ISD. They should also have a keen eye for details, knowledge of policies, protocols, not jumping to conclusions and able to effectively communicate during high-stress situations as any leader should. Along with what I've mentioned, they should ensure that ISD are upholding and enforcing the FLC, staying faithful to it and the mission of The SCP Foundation.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
During my time within ISD, I have written a handful of documents regarding Tribunal Settlements and overall investigations. In order for these documents to be of sound quality they must be clear, easy to read, detailed but not bloated and be presetened in an official way, not scrapped together in a last minute effort to provide something.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
To put it simply, the responsibilties of an Internal Security Inspector should be the following:
- Training/Recruiting and Inducting new Agents/Operatives into ISD.
- Re-educating said Agents/Operatives and Investigators if they've made a mistake along with handing out punishments in the case of severe violations.
- Creating and handing out new Operations for ISD to participate in.
- Overall leadership during Codes and Roleplay Scenarios.
- Handling the more sensitive cases and FLC violations committed by CL4 personnel.
- Mainting the standards and image of ISD as a whole.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
As mentioned throughout this application I have held leadership roles in the past and feel confident that I, as an Inspector would be able to benefit the department with my experience, understanding nature and fairness I give individuals. I have taken Agents under my wing as an Investigator to show them the ISD experience and our day to day duties. Along with this, I treat ALL arrests with the respect and care they deserve, ensuring that all parties understand what is going on and the options they may have depending on the case ie, possible tribunals, citations, etc. I will NEVER jump the gun on cases unless there is clear cut evidence of a crime and will try my damnedest to ensure ISD remains in a healthy position in the heirarchy of Site-65.

Along with document, Lorelei's main storyline focus could be anything involving units/mentions of Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters", Fire based SCPs/Anomalies and crimes involving arson or chemical useage.
