Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for Security Captain as I believe my skill sets and previous experiences can help the General Security Department thrive with fresh ideas and an open mind. I can offer a sufficient amount of time towards the role, hence my dedication in applying for the Captain position. My maturity can be demonstrated in my actions in game, leading to high up members in the department suggesting me to apply for this role. In addition to this I have been enjoying my time on the server as a relatively new player, especially my experiences in this specific department.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have lots of prior experience on similar servers in similar roles enabling me to transfer my skills and abilities to this server along with a large handful of new and unique ideas to bring to the department. I also understand that I am new to this server in particular, however I can assure you this does not negate the fact my abilities and leadership skills are well honed and given the chance to demonstrate this I believe I will flourish in the position.
Furthermore, I have always had a passion for retaining new players as we all start somewhere and for most being a GSD Cadet is their introduction to proper RP in the community, therefore is essential that they are met with a high quality of leadership to ensure that they have the best possible experience and wish to keep playing. Whether that be in GSD or migrating to an MTF when they reach the appropriate levels.
I also understand I am not whitelisted to the Sergeant role however am fully understanding of what it entails and honestly I take the initiative and act as the role (without directly ordering people) when there is a lack of GSD presence on site.
