Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
- For the past 2-3 months I have started getting more involved with PAC-3,. this is only at basic levels for personal outfits, however I am definitely working towards more extreme potential pacs in the future and going to focus on upgrading my ability to.
- During my time as a Dpt Leader and now SA, I have built many dupes in my time, nothing too crazy, things such as; ID Checkpoints, Interrogating set-ups, meeting room dupes to enhance immersion and RP, cool IC loyalty test during DoDEA. This shows that I know how to use the tool gun and the advanced duplicator to a good scale, obviously only at small levels but I know the basics.
- Although, this may not be a direct advanced skill, it is still a very important part and duty of being apart of the GM team. My ability to imagine and be creative is exceptional and to the best levels. I have learnt that I can take the smallest of things or hints and turn them into a huge RP scenarios that last and are affective. My creativeness and RP mindset is perfect for a GM.

Medbay Catastrophe
- GM to create a scene to adapt to their roleplay idea. For further example it may be; a surgery scene gone wrong inside of medbay. With using models and pysh gun, I will create a clear idea and place models in the right areas that will imaginate a mysterious scene where there is body parts everywhere, blood everywhere and dirt etc etc. This could potentially lead onto further RP Ideas. Medbay Catastrophe
As you enter Medbay, the room looks like a rushed crime scene; equipment knocked over, blood smeared across the floor, and clear signs that someone was attacked here....
There are many further representations and examples I could use but respecting the question of only *one*, this will be my finale. If upon request of producing more, I am more than happy to.

Field Intel
Field Intel
- Drop a messed up piece of paper or burned intel sheet outside or around the CI base. It might contain half finished plans, scouting notes, or names that lead to speculation. This could cause potential internal investigations for CI or find out who the bad scouts are who are dropping their notes and will help to keep CI active outside of their raids.
You spot a torn CI field note on the ground, the ink smudged and half burned, like whoever wrote it left in a hurry.
Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
The Hidden Trace
- GOC picks up a strange, low-frequency occult signal originating somewhere near (or beneath) the surface. It’s not strong enough to be an emergency, but it’s unusual enough that they send a small team to perform a full signal sweep. The Hidden Trace
What Happens:
- GOC sets up small scanners, antennas, or portable detection units around the surface area.
- They question civilians, MC&D, or CI about unusual sightings or abnormal tech.
- The readings slowly get stronger or weaker depending on RP choices.
- They might find a strange object, a corrupted device, or leftover residue that leads to further investigation
- The Foundation may choose to cooperate, ignore, or clash with GOC interpretation of the signal.
TLDR:
GOC picks up a strange, abnormal energy reading near the surface and sends a small team to check it out. They place scanners, question people, and try to trace where the weird reading is coming from, creating light investigative RP without turning into a major event.
GM Assistance:
As a GM, I would give the GOC their readings by placing small scanner props around the surface and using simple /me and /it lines to show the devices picking up faint abnormal energy traces. As the GOC moves, I’d adjust the readings making them rise or fall depending on their direction to guide their investigation naturally and also add a slight noise to the scanner that will enhance the immersion and make it easier t understand. Eventually, It'd lead them to a small discovery, like a damaged device or strange residue, giving them something minor but interesting to follow up on without turning it into a large event.
As your team moves across the surface, the scanners begin to pulse faster, their displays showing rising abnormal readings like something unseen is sitting just ahead, waiting to be found. The air feels slightly off, and every step brings the signal closer to whatever caused it.
Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
The Fractured Device
The Fractured Device
- Chaos Insurgency hears about a strange anomalous object left on the surface after a Foundation or civilian mistake. It could be dangerous, valuable, or both. CI gets out a team to find it and figure out what it is, and take it before anyone else. When CI gets to it, they discover it’s actually a reality bending thing, capable of distorting time in a small area. The team must decide whether to take it, study it, or leave it before anyone else notices.
What Happens:
- GM puts the object somewhere a GM Objective that transports you over to a Dupe containing it.- The area may have small hazards: broken floors, weird energy effects, or strange residue.
- GM leaves clues for CI papers, scattered tools, scorch marks, or strange sounds.
- CI decides to carefully investigate and take the object,
- Grab it quickly and risk triggering it or leave it if it seems too risky.
- Other groups or NPCs might show up by chance, adding tension.
- The object might react in different ways depending on what the players do.
TLDR:
CI is sent to recover a strange anomalous object on the surface. GM sets up the scene, hazards etc. Players decide how to handle it, and the object may react in different ways depending on their choices.GM Assistance:
The GM sets up the scene by placing the anomalous object in a GM objective that will take you to a dupe and any small hazards, describes strange effects or clues as the players find them, and controls any NPCs or GoIs that appear, reacting to the players’ choices to keep the event tense and engaging.
Chaos Insurgency operatives have located a strange anomalous object on the surface, secure it and report back before anyone else gets to it

Operation Zeta‑Override
- Operation Zeta‑Override is a coordinated sweep of an Anderson Robotics facility in the Arizona Highlands. DEA and Nu7 Field Teams Zeta‑Bravo and Zeta‑Charlie enter simultaneously to scan, document, and secure digital and physical evidence. The mission focuses on investigation and stealth, not combat, with NIGHTFALL serving as a full extraction order if triggered.
What Happens
- Teams split: Zeta‑Bravo covers the East Wing, Zeta‑Charlie the West Wing.- Players scan data terminals, crates, and vaults, collecting evidence and documenting Anderson activity.
- Optional objectives include analysing corrupted drone logs, hidden data drives, and internal layouts.
- Environmental storytelling adds tension: flickering lights, damaged equipment, and malfunctioning drones.
- NIGHTFALL triggers immediate evacuation once objectives are complete or the time limit is reached.
TLDR
DEA and Nu7 teams sweep an Anderson Robotics facility to collect evidence while avoiding escalation. Teams investigate, recover data, and evacuate at NIGHTFALL. Focus is on investigative RP rather than combat.GM Assistance
The GM sets up both wings with props and interactive terminals, describes environmental details and discoveries, and controls timing for NIGHTFALL. They ensure scanning mechanics function correctly and provide guidance for optional objectives while keeping the event immersive and paced. This is an event that I have had in mind since I was always in DEA, I was planning to do it when I was DoDEA and also lead to a huge storyline of long term lore finding of all the GoI's in the foundation, starting with Anderson robotics and then the others. Being a GM will allow me to do this on my own back and freely to open up this ability for me to finally unleash on this RP storyline.
Teams Zeta‑Bravo and Zeta‑Charlie, your objective is to sweep the Anderson Robotics facility, secure all evidence, and maintain stealth — NIGHTFALL is your extraction order.
Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
Facility Expansion
- The Foundation is expanding or relocating a major facility, adding new labs, storage areas, and observation posts. All factions get involved. Foundation staff secure the site and move equipment. Chaos Insurgency tries to sabotage or steal valuable materials. GOC monitors the operation to ensure safety and containment standards. MC&D / Civilians may observe or interact with the site, investigating abandoned areas or anomalies.
This creates a large-scale map change with new areas to explore and old areas partially abandoned.
What Happens
- Construction / Relocation: GM adds new areas to the map.- Transport & Logistics: Teams move important equipment, materials, or anomalies to the new facility.
Faction Interaction:
- CI can attempt theft or sabotage.
- GOC ensures rules are followed.
- Civilians may stumble into hazards or abandoned sections.
- Old wings are partially blocked, damaged, or left abandoned, creating hazards and new RP opportunities.
TLDR
The Foundation expands a facility. All factions interact with the changing map, creating long term RP opportunities and new areas to explore without relying on SCP breaches.GM Assistance
The GM places new map areas and props, manages transport operations and faction interactions, and ensures the environment feels logical, immersive, and ready for future RP sessions.Attention all units: the Foundation is expanding the facility. Secure the site, move all critical equipment, and monitor for any unusual activity, all factions are to operate with caution in the area.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
An event can become unenjoyable not just from bad planning or unbalanced gameplay, but from a mismatch between the event’s narrative pace and the players’ expectations.
- For example: Imagine a server wide artifact recovery event where the GM expects players to spend two hours carefully searching a massive, featureless map with only subtle clues. Even if there are GM objective's around, the people involved will still feel very little enthusiasm. As a GM you need to expect the effort of which you put into the event yourself.
- It’s not always about mechanics or difficulty sometimes it’s the narrative tempo and feedback loop that makes or breaks enjoyment.
Further quicker examples include;
- Slow or unclear pacing: Players spend too long without meaningful progress or feedback.
- Pointless objectives: Goals are too vague or rely rather than engaging discovery.
- Lack of meaning: Choices don’t impact anything making decisions feel pointless.
- Repetitive: Spaces feel empty or visually nothingness, reducing immersion.
- Unkind people: If the event is filled with ego full or nasty people then it will damage the other peoples experience.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
- Well, my initial reasoning for inspiring for this position is due to the lack of things I could do myself. I would always have cool ideas of RP or events just pop up in my mind constantly and it would always be so hard for me to carry it on and actually make it into a big thing due to my inability to do it myself. With becoming a GM I can turn these cool ideas into something meaningful.
- Another thing, the gamemaster requests that come through are actually very interesting for me and I always think to myself, I would love to do that and be involved in it. Being a GM will allow me to actually take action on these requests and allow me to make a lasting difference in the requests that are made for the GM team.
- I also want to help improve the server’s overall RP experience. Being a GM would give me the chance to create immersive stories, set up events, and design scenarios that encourage players to explore, interact, and really engage with the server.
