Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?:
I am applying for the position of Director of External Affairs because I have a very strong interest in it's role, responsibilities and overall purpose of the department itself. By using my experience and extreme confidence in my skills that I have gained through my devoted active time while playing DEA consistently, I believe I can make a most genuine positive change to the department. Additionally, throughout my time in DEA I have definitely built strong relations and made myself known across the site and also the surface included by using my exceptional skills in diplomatic situations in any kind of need.
Furthermore, I feel as if it is the right time for me to climb up the chain of command within the Department. I see this role as a way to contribute to high decision making and improve certain coordination between the foundation and the Surface GOI's. The opportunity to oversee the department in a way that can benefit it is my overall aim alongside creating certain projects across the Dpt. to ensure the interest to staying high within it. I also want to act as a role model for them below at all times, with loyalty to the Department itself and the personnel within it. The role requires someone who can navigate complex diplomatic situations, handle communication with exceptional performance, and ensure that sensitive information is handled properly in which I am confident in my ability to perform.
This role aligns with my long-term goal of taking on more responsibility within the server and helping shape the Dpt. from a high-level position. The Director of External Affairs is not just about the ordinary and predicted upcoming but it’s about handling the unpredictable. I want to be involved in making key decisions, managing crises, and representing the sites interests on a broader stage. In my opinion the potential of me having a bigger voice within the overall of Site-65 is needed as it will allow me to complete my future awaited dreams within the DEA. Therefore I’m ready to take on the responsibility of representing the site externally with professionalism, strategic focus, and a commitment to high quality diplomacy at all times.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
I am suitable for the role of Director of External Affairs as I have a genuine understanding of how paramount this role is to the Site. I am more than confident in my ability to lead the department and them below with working alongside the current DoDEA and the overall management team. I believe that my relations within the Senior team of DEA is exceptional and this is a very important factor to counter for the DoDEA for there ability to work with the management team they have around them. I know how to represent the site in a professional and serious manner at all times, especially when dealing with surface GOI's as proven from my handling as Sp. Agent and Manager. I want to make a genuine positive change within the department not just from what I see but what I get from the personnel in the Dpt. itself. I will do this by announcing a form where people can produce their own feedback to both of the Director's Of External Affairs..
During my duration in the department, I've had ample experience in teamwork scenarios, leadership, and unexpected problems. I have knowledge of how to manage high-pressure situations and how to work with others in a bid to arrive at the best solution. My particular value is that I have extensive knowledge of Site-65's structure and workings, along with the highest priority of how we are viewed by the outside world. External relations are not simply an issue of communication but of exercising rigorous control, managing, and guarding the veil. Whether it’s coordinating cover stories, directing efforts to manage interactions with MC&D, UNGOC, Pinewood and the CI, or handling diplomatic pressure from these organizations, I know how to operate within the strict boundaries of secrecy while ensuring necessary cooperation to keep Site-65’s mission.
In summary, my experience, steady leadership, and thorough understanding of Site-65’s operations and its complex interactions with organizations like MC&D, UNGOC, and the CI make me well-suited for the role of Director of External Affairs. I am prepared to handle sensitive negotiations, maintain clear communication, and ensure that all external matters support the Foundation’s goals. If given this opportunity, I will commit myself fully to the Dpt. Of External Affairs.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:
The Director Of External Affairs has a variety of different roles within the foundation. Such as; ensuring total control and management over the department itself, in terms of promotions, application reviews, roster work, fulfilling a determined, committed and active chain of command to make sure the department runs significantly well. Also, the DoDEA is in charge of determining the final choice of relation status with surface GOI's for the surface operations on the site alongside maintaining top condition relations with fellow departments, most importantly Nu-7 as we need the ability to be able to communicate remarkably well to execute our duties to a good standard and to keep the high standards of the SOP. Another obvious main role for the DoDEA is to oversee their department to ensure it is running smoothly.

- Ensure that inter departmental relations are always held to a high standard
- Good communication with SC (mainly O5) and SA
- Appoint DEA CL4 Personnel
- Manage relations with GOI's and also lead meetings with GOI's
