Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because I wish to advance my 'career' on the site in a non combative direction. I have spent a vast amount of my time on this site playing various roles making me well versed in the general duties of all Departments and Mobile Task Forces. Although this is a jump in the CoC from my current position of Security Captain, I do not feel that I am inadequate for this position, for my vast amount of time spent in one of the most demanding departments on site [Security] and continued dedication to it, I feel I can bring not only a unique perspective to Site Administration but a level of leadership skills unmatched by others.
I want to ultimately assist all departments by encouraging roleplay between them and strengthen their relations. I have been currently attempting to do this for the Security Department by conducting interviews as I feel departments across the site have a bare bones connection for the CL1-3 Jobs.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position of Site Advisor and a valuable asset to Site Administration due to my experience within the Security Department as a Jr CL4 and Chief of Security where under the orders of the O5 at the time, I lead the restructuring of GSD as a whole in both the documentation and in game aspects with little trouble and ushered forwards the new age for my department. I personally feel that I have some of the most necessary qualities for Site Administration given the skills I have had to pick up whilst dealing with the constant barrage of Sisyphus-like struggle of cadets, trainees and Jr. Researchers within D Block. The Leadership skills I obtained are immeasurable not to mention my ability to be unphased by whatever people throw at me.
I feel that with the time and care I put into my positions on this server I would be a valuable asset to the advancement of roleplay on this server.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Advisors have multiple duties within the Site due to their high position. These duties are:
Being a role model for how roleplay should be conducted on Site
Creating RP for all people on the server
Authorising Departmental Tests / Trainings / Investigations / Activities / Documentation
Authorising GOI's access to the Site such as UNGOC and MC&D
Voting for changes and introductions of new and existing policies
Providing the assigned department with care, assistance, advice and monthly reviews.
Keeping conduct and communication on the Site to a high standard
Leading the site in all situations including emergencies
Improving relations with other departments
Improving relations with GOI's
Voting on applications that the SD works with and conducting interviews for those positions [Under SD Discretion]

Current Position: GENSEC Captain
Profile: Maksim "Enigma" is currently assigned to Foundation Site-65 as an Captain of the Security Department with duties to oversee General Security Personnel within both the Riot Response Team and GENSEC inside of D-Block. He is a qualified MTF Operative however has resigned his duties in aspiration of greater positions within the GSD.
Early Life: Maksim was born to his Father Anatoly ███████ on the ██/██/████ with his mother unfortunately dying during childbirth. Maksim was left in the care of his Father who was a reputable officer within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as a leading official in the MVD he was responsible for law enforcement in Russia through its agencies the Police of Russia, Migration Affairs, Drugs Control, Traffic Safety, the Centre for Combating Extremism, and the Investigative Department. Because of this Maksim was raised in a very strict household where he was influenced for all his youthhood.
In his teenage years, Maksim had joined the FSB Academy and within a couple years became an outstanding student within the FSB Academy and went on to become one of the youngest commemorated officer within the FSB, by destroying an archive of sensitive information that was about to be seized by USA forces by buying himself time when posing as multiple guards within the building deterring the US National Guard from immediately entering. The Foundation had picked up on this very quickly and an agent positioned within the FSB had offered him as a position as a GSD Cadet and shortly after the beginning of his job he rose through the ranks to GSD Guard, he then completed his training for his SRU License and then became a GSD Officer, followed by his promotion to Sergeant and completed his training to receive a Heavy Weapons license and is dedicated to upholding Ethical Procedures and Codes to the highest degree.
GSD Captain: Once being honoured with the role of GSD Captain, Enigma had been entrusted to enforce the will of the CoS upon GSD. Enigma entered into CDC with his newly acquired armour accompanied by none other than CoS Instructor and introduced himself to all the members of GSD, he began to inform GENSEC that he was their new Captain when the D Block airlock opened and a grenade flew through the door landing in front of the GENSEC. Enigma immediately launched forwards, slamming his helmet on top of the grenade whilst drawing his GSH18 and firing 3 shots terminating 1 armed D Class and 1 Chaos Insurgent before anyone had a moment to react. The grenade shattered Enigma's new helmet and fractured his knee and shin bone requiring him be assist-carried to the Medical Bay by CoS Instructor. The medical consultant informed Enigma that he may never walk the same again however he perspired and over a mere 2 weeks pushed through agony and extensive repeated surgery until his leg was relatively healed. Enigma was commended after this by the foundation with a medal of Heroism for saving the GSD personnel as well as the Chief of Security.
Chief of Security: Since his promotion he has been working closely with the Chief of Security at Site - 18 even accompanying him to visits with GENSEC Command. He has grown close to the Chief of Security and worked along side him for years. Once he heard of the transfer to the new Site, although saddened by the loss of working for a close friend, he knew this was his opportunity to move up to become a Chief of his own and with that introduce a new era into the outdated ways of the Foundation.
