Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I want to help lead the Department back towards its golden status it used to have. Seeing this as an ex captain makes me feel embarrassed for the department and I want GSD to flourish again.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have a lot of experience within the RRT division as well as plenty of experience as both GENSEC Sergeant as well as RRT Sergeant, I have on multiple occasions taken control of Code 2's and D Block sweeps in both the absence and presence of GENSEC Command with 0 issues with my sweeps, I am keen and wanting to achieve more within GENSEC to better our division as recently I have come to see that Cadets are not aware of what they are supposed to be doing and D-Block has never been so unorganised.
On top of this, I have had extremely extensive experience as a GSD Cl4 and know all the ins and outs of the General Security Department.
Note: To this day every single sweep I have does as both Captain and RRT SGT have had 100% success rates.

with Site Administration and Site Command - Reporting GENSEC activity and reputation to SA/SC for future Departmental Reviews and assisting them in any way possible if needed.
Leading the GSD Department - Being the voice of the CoS within more combative areas (CDC) as well as leading the GSD when their is no CoS on Site.
Reporting and suppressing information leaks - As CL4 you are aware of what is and is not redacted information and should act accordingly if this is exposed.
Leading sweeps - As a Captain are expected to be the leading role in sweeps for GENSEC, ensuring everyone is on the correct frequency, ensuring everyone is ordered correctly e.g. forming teams to target certain areas of D Block such as showers, vents, cells and getting d class to the wall and weapon stripping them.
Training GENSEC - Taking the General Security Department on combat and FLC (Ethical and Conduct) Trainings as well as informative lectures.
Upholding the FLC - Ensuring all GSD are upholding the FLC constantly during their duties.

Early Life: Maksim was born to his Father Anatoly ███████ on the ██/██/████ with his mother unfortunately dying during childbirth. Maksim was left in the care of his Father who was a reputable officer within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as a leading official in the MVD he was responsible for law enforcement in Russia through its agencies the Police of Russia, Migration Affairs, Drugs Control, Traffic Safety, the Centre for Combating Extremism, and the Investigative Department. Because of this Maksim was raised in a very strict household where he was influenced for all his youthhood.
In his teenage years, Maksim had joined the FSB Academy and within a couple years became an outstanding student within the FSB Academy and went on to become one of the youngest commemorated officer within the FSB, by destroying an archive of sensitive information that was about to be seized by USA forces by buying himself time when posing as multiple guards within the building deterring the US National Guard from immediately entering. The Foundation had picked up on this very quickly and an agent positioned within the FSB had offered him as a position as a GSD Cadet and shortly after the beginning of his job he rose through the ranks to GSD Officer, he then completed his training for his RRT License and then became a GSD Sergeant and completed his training to receive a Heavy Weapons license and is dedicated to upholding Ethical Procedures and Codes to the highest degree.
