-the app is wayyyy too short, make your app more in depth

-your lore is not a shoping list, make it show your char's personlity.
remember, your lore is your char
if you dont have a lore, we dont know anything about your char

-go in depth in the responsibilities

-needing a change is not a valid reason, do you want to be captain because you actually want it or just because youre sick of being officer?

-little to no interactions with you, the small ones i had were not so pleasant
