-Bans/Kicks: None
-Warn: 1x Metagaming, 3x RDM, 3x FailRP, 1 FearRP (I don't remember the circumstances behind most of these however i know that atleast 2 of the RDM warns were issued when Breaking Ethics was still considered RDM)
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-I'm Confident in my abilities to Execute Orders, and in issuing them to others.
And I do believe that i have the necessary skills and braincells to fulfill this role.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-As the name implies the responsibilities of an Overseer Assistant is to "Assist" with whatever the Council needs.
Their job is to Execute Orders issued by the Council and to Represent the Council whenever it's necessary.
They also relay orders to A-1's CO's however they can also take command if they deem it necessary or critical to the success of an Operation, not only that they may also issue orders to A-1 Members whenever O5 Members are not available.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Before Achieving the status of an Intelligence Ambassador:
Jack Manning is just an alias for a man formerly known as Andrzej Brzęczeszczykiewicz.
Jack Manning is at times Short Tempered but most of the time he's Composed and Collected, Unpredictable and often thought of as Mentally Unstable due to the brain injury he has recieved during his time as a Captive of The Chaos Insurgency.
Andrzej before joining the Foundation was an Operative within the Agency of Internal Security (Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego) during his time there he had an encounter with an Anomaly, Due to this encounter, He was recruited into the Foundation by the Departament of External Affairs due to the fact of how he handeled the situation despite having no knowledge of Anomalies.
When he was starting out he was assigned to Site-120 where he picked up some tricks from Thamaturgy books he found around the site however. He wasnt a good learner and in practice he was terrible, Most of the stuff he learned he was Forgotten by now.
He was stationed at Site-18 and worked for the Departament of Disinformation, he didint like the job due to the fact that he was working a desk job and he prefered being out in the field.
So he transfered to Site-65, Where he joined The Departament of Intelligence he quickly grew to love it.
The Stress and Dopamine inducing Infiltrations,Shootouts in Urban and Open Enviroments and the less exciting paper work that came with it.
Before his Infiltrations he takes on the Face and Mannerisms of his Victims and During Infiltrations he steals Documents,Gathers other information and Walks around the Base of his Opponents like he was always there.
During his time working, he gathers and collects information about the Group of Interest known as the Chaos Insurgency due to the threat they pose to the Foundation.
He is The Beholder of their Actions, Failures and Sins.
After achieving the status of an Intelligence Ambassador:
During his time as an Intelligence Ambassador, Jack Manning has coordinated his Department aswell as other MTF Units during the Successful Raid on the City of Five Moons, an Extradimensional City occupied by the MOONEX Corporation.

He also served as a Mediator for both the Foundation and other GOI's on multiple occassions.
He has brought Interdimensional Anomalies and even the Ancient ones (like Vampires) into containment.
He was also responsible for Coordinating Covert Operations of his Department on-site and whilst the beginnings for On-Site Operations sanctioned by the Council were rocky at first and at times awkward his latest operation was a SUCCESS...however Foundations Bureocracy got into the way and it didin't end the way he wanted it to due to involvement from the Ethics Committee and an unexpected Tribunal Hearing for his Target.
Upon returning to his Office he found an Envelope inviting him into a position of an Overseer Assistant.
