What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
My Skills:
- Document Writing -
Being Ex Raisa Lead with Nu-7 and now being OSA and Site Advisor/Site Manager has taught me a lot about documents and their creation. Now I believe I can create great documents that will be read by many.
- Leadership -
As an Ex regimental CO and LDR, I have gained many leadership skills over my time in those positions and have become a great leader I'm always good at managing any situation. I've never had any issues concerning my leadership skills. However, I have gained even further leadership experience within the position of Site Advisor/Site Manager.
- Quick learning -
Many people tell me all the time that I'm a very quick learner I only need to be shown something once and I'll remember it forever.
- Communication -
Being in very high or even the highest positions on other servers doing meetings, and speeches I've gained excellent communication skills and never have any worries speaking to a bunch of people. But I have also gained more experience from doing promotion ceremonies within Nu-7 and organizing meetings with departments as a Site Advisor/Site Manager.
- Reliability -
I'm a very reliable person anything that's ever said to me is never spoken around. If I'm given private tasks they stay private. If I'm asked to do something I'll get it done without questions.
- Professionalism -
When it comes down to professionalism I have had great success. Due to my current job, I have to stay professional at all times without excuses, and have gained this skill over time to perfection from all my positions.
- Serious RP creating -
Serious RP can be difficult to create for some however, this is one of the biggest things that comes with Site Manager and I believe this is another skill I've gained playing on many RP servers and in my positions within this server while overwatching events, and creating role-play myself.
- Activity -
As know I'm a very active person, and I have never had any issues relating to activity.
- Motivation -
Motivation is one of my big skills I'm always motivated by learning and trying something new but also sticking to something and it would be almost impossible for me to lose motivation in something.
- Management -
I can manage things very well if I've been assigned tasks they will be done to the best of my ability.

I believe that I am the best candidate for the position of Ethics Committee Assistant because I have the skills needed for the position. Even further, I'm always open to learning new skills or expanding on my current ones. ECA comes with a lot of documentation that needs to be made, luckily I have improved my skills within documentation massively within my positions, this was noticed by many and that's why I was even put in charge of RAISA for Nu-7. RAISA was an LDR office within Nu-7 that mostly prioritized the documentation category, this allowed me to improve even further and gain even more knowledge I did not have at that time.
In addition, one of the biggest duties of an ECA is to enforce the Foundation Legal Codex which I have great knowledge of, and want to join the position so I can help and make sure the FLC is being enforced at all times. Another, thing that makes me more suitable than others is my communication and engagement within jobs on SCP RP, I always want to make sure people are communicating as that's also very important for the job and gets things done more efficiently. My activity has also always been great within the server as I always try and engage in everything that I can. Moreover, I just want to get to know the Ethics Committee even more and help them with everything that I can by completing all the orders that I can that are set for ECA. As an ECA you are the face of the Ethics Committee so you must be professional at all times no matter what. The position comes with many great duties and responsibilities but it's nothing that I cannot handle as during my time within SA I have always completed all the duties that are required of me.
With the ECA job comes a lot of interactions within the Site so it is necessary that you have good communication skills and may help anyone that requires it. Within all the positions that I have held, I've managed to climb the ranks exceptionally quickly which confused many people, but most see my ability within my roles and know that I'm the correct fit for the positions due to my leadership skills and knowledge that I hold. I come up with ideas very quickly if asked to help with the site. Before my leave within Nu-7, I managed to accomplish many things that improved the regiment drastically when it was on a massive downfall I managed to pick it up as much as I could but due to the Rank that I held, I could not do as much as I wanted too, so I was glad when SA stepped in to help, luckily now I'm a part of SA as a Site Manager which allows me to help them even further if it's needed.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Starting within Site-65
When Mark first joined Site-65 he did not have many friends he was lonely and depressed because his parents were never found, and all that he could think of was their death. It was difficult for him every day of his life here as a Cadet within the GSD department. However, maybe he had no friends but many people noticed him due to the great skill that he has shown while being here. Even the Chiefs noticed his great skill within Code 2s and looking after D-Block. With his help, the breaches of D-Class were reduced by %65 which was major for GSD as D-Class breaches would happen daily before Mark stepped in. The Chiefs looked after him well as he was young and without parents but they were also intrigued by his skill and promoted him to the position of officer. Within this position, he continued to do great and managed to show further leadership skills within GSD, by helping the Captain organize other GSD personnel lower ranking than him in D-Block and during Code 2s. Due to his recognition, it did not take long until he made many friends and was starting to get noticed by other CL4 personnel due to his massive help and participation within the GSD department.
Noticed by the Ethics Committee
People started to talk about him all the time and it even came to the point where the Ethics Committee saw the potential in him and they did not want to lose such an opportunity like this. They proceeded to carry on watching his engagement within GSD to see how he performs and watch over his leadership skills. But before making any moves they asked the Captains and Chiefs to push him even further to see how he works with the use of his full ability. As they needed to know what they were getting themselves into, but as expected Mark broke through every task given to him without a sweat, this is what made the Ethics Committee even more impressed with his capabilities. So they gave him even more time to see how he was doing. They waited around for about a year before they started to proceed with any action, his skills were only improving and the Ethics Committee wanted him for themselves as they knew he could be of massive help to the Committee.
Mark joined the position of Ethics Committee Assistant
Due to the Committee wanting Mark for themself, they asked their regiment known as O-1 to collect him one day from D-Block and bring him to the Ethics offices. No one knew why this could be but O-1 followed their orders anyway. Mark was collected in D-block and was told someone wanted to see him, he was stripped of his guns and any weaponry that he had then he was brought down to a place called Core Sector and was then taken further into the Ethics offices where the Ethics Committee greeted him and told him that he was brought here because they noticed the effort and kill he has been showing within GSD and they wanted him to use these skills for something bigger. They proceeded to speak to him and then asked him if he would like to join the position of ECA and he agreed. Mark proceeded with the interview which he did great in and was accepted into the position. He was excited and speechless as this opportunity was a dream for him, he thanked the committee and went for a night's rest so he could be ready for tomorrow. It was Mark's first day in the position and he just wanted to have a look around and get to know everyone as he did not have this privilege before due to his main objective always being D-Block, and now he could walk around interacting with others. A few days go by and Mark is having great fun within the position while also getting all the orders given to him done. During those few days, he managed to catch 2 people breaking the FLC and made sure this would never happen again by giving them the appropriate punishment. Mark always dreamed of such a job and there was nothing more he could ask for at this time!
