Why are you applying for Security Captain? Becouse i was Security Officer for a very long time now and wanted to become a Part of the Security Leadership and i see that not many Play as SC so i would apply for this job and Play as a SC and to de Stuff a SC would do

I believe my skills and my experience on the server make me a fit for security captain,

Please give us some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in: Maximillian Willson is a 21 Year Old German who served for the German Military Unit ''Special Forces Command'' Regiment, known as KSK, it is an elite unit in the Germnan military, he was a 1st lieutenant, and he assisted and planned out operations on enemy territory and did reconnaissance on them, he was later offered a position in the SCP foundation as a gensec sergeant his leadership skills showed the captains and chiefs of security that he would be an excellent fit for the captain position and he was later promoted, on Max's first day as captain Ci raided D-Block and attempted to give the D-Class weapons, Max successfully countered their raid and protected D-Block with his life, he has proven that day that his skills are a asset to the foundation, and was given the code name: ''DELTA DEFENDER''

You need to first gain some of a reputation within a department before going for a cl4 job. look into a department that you want to main and try and gain some type of position in it like in the case of GSD first go for like SGT or Officer and gain a reputation leading and doing other things.

Right, Max. First of all I want to say this is a -Support. However, I get you want a CL4 position but that dosen't mean you apply for anyting and pray. As Harvey stated above, get a reputation in a department, stay there for a few weeks, be active, do good roleplay, and that lore needs work, without Ai, etc... I also recommend you work on your grammar and punctuation.

My advice to you is that you choose your favourite department, stay there and be active for let's say 3 weeks, in that time do good roleplay, do a good job, be friendly, then after those 3 weeks make a application and be detailed, don't use AI on the lore! I say this because your lore is very obviously AI due to the improvement of grammar, spelling and punctuation compared to everything else you write however you more than likely humanized it so it could not be detected. If you get a CL4, do basically all the above steps but on that role and you can go for say, an Assistant position then split your time between those roles and do all the above again. If the lead postion of your department becomes available, go for it. Then because you have been both a Assistant and Department lead/ SR. CL4 for a while, go for Site Admin then, you would have a mich higher chance of getting it but you still need to show that you deserve it. Put in the work.
